Abstract
본 발명은 원심형 펌프의 임펠러에 관한 것으로, 종래에는 브레이드 사이의 유동이 부압면 측에서는 속도에 비해 압력이 낮아 캐비테이션(cavitation :공동화현상)이 발생되고, 압력면 측으로는 압력의 회복이 속도의 감소보다 크기 때문에 세퍼레이션(separation : 분리현상)이 발생하게 되어 동력손실 및 소음증가의 원인으로 작용되었는바, 쉬라우드와 허브의 형상을 브레이드와 브레이드 사이의 단면적이 압력면측으로 갈수록 토출측 면적은 좁아지도록 형성하고, 부압면측으로 갈수록 토출측 면적은 넓어지도록 형성한 본 발명을 제공하여 임펠러의 고속회전 및 저유량에 따른 캐비테이션과 세퍼레이션의 발생을 방지하도록 한 것이다.The present invention relates to an impeller of a centrifugal pump.
