Abstract

본 발명은 드럼 세탁기의 도어스위치에 고정되어 폐쇄된 도어를 간단한 구조로서 정전이나 비상시등의 필요에 따라 즉시 용이하게 개방시킬 수 있으므로써, 사용자에게 편리함을 제공할 수 있고, 도어가 폐쇄된 상태에서 전원을 공급하지 않아도 되므로 사용 소비전력량을 감소시킬 수 있으며, 메인전원의 단속을 도어의 록킹과 연동시켜 제품의 안전성과 효율성 및 신뢰성을 대폭 향상시킨 것이다.
이를 위해 본 발명은 케이스(4)에 힌지 결합되며 도어(3)의 도어아암(6)과 접촉되어 도어(3)를 개방 및 폐쇄시키는 작동부재(8)와, 상기 도어(3)의 개방 및 폐쇄를 안내하기 위한 안내부재(10)와, 상기 도어(3)의 개방시 콘트롤판넬의 도어 열림버튼을 눌러줌에 따라 마이콤의 지시에 의해 전원이 인가되어 안내부재(10)를 밀어주는 플런저(18)가 설치되는 솔레이노(19)와, 상기 안내부재(10)를 밀어줌에 따라 정전시 수동으로 도어(3)를 개방시키는 수동래치(20)로 구성된 드럼 세탁기의 도어스위치이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 케이스에 힌지 결합되며 도어의 도어아암과 접촉되어 도어를 개방 및 폐쇄시키는 작동부재와, 상기 도어의 개방 및 폐쇄를 안내하기 위한 안내부재와, 상기 도어의 개방시 콘트롤판넬의 도어 열림버튼을 눌러줌에 따라 마이콤의 지시에 의해 전원이 인가되어 안내부재를 플런저가 설치되는 솔레이노이드와, 상기 안내부재를 밀어줌에 따라 정전시 수동으로 도어를 개방시키는 수동래치로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 드럼 세탁기의 도어스위치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 작동부재의 하단에는 일단과 타단이 각각 자동부재와 케이스에 지지되어 작동부재가 케이스의 통공을 향하도록 탄성력을 부여하기 위한 토션스프링이 삽입된 드럼 세탁기의 도어스위치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 케이스 내의 중앙에 삽입되는 안내부재 전방의 상단에는 도어의 개방 및 폐쇄시 작동부재의 상단과 접속되어 작동부재의 이동을 안내하는 안내 경사면이 형성되고, 안내부재 전방의 중앙 및 하부에는 도어의 폐쇄시 작동부재의 끝단을 받쳐주는 지지돌기가 형성된 드럼 세탁기의 도어스위치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 안내부재의 후방상부와 케이스내의 사이에는 안내부재가 전방을 향하도록 탄성력을 부여하기 위한 스프링이 설치된 드럼 세탁기의 도어스위치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 케이스의 하부에 힌지 결합된 수동래치가 본체의 전면 하단부에 설치된 조절레버와 스트링으로 연결된 드럼 세탁기의 도어스위치.
