Abstract

본 발명은 오일 재킷 구조의 세라믹 가이드로서 사를 중심으로 약 340°방향에서 오일이 공급되도록 오일 공급홀이 전체 면에 내장되어 있고, 오일 공급홀 하부 및 오일 드레인 상부에 오일 스톱홈이 가이드 내경의 원주방형으로 설장되어 있으며, 하나의 가이드 내에서 길이방향으로 2∼4단의 오일 공급홀이 취부되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 오일 젯트 장치를 제공하는 것으로, 본 발명의 오일 젯트 장치는 오일이 다면적으로 공급되고, 1단 구조로 설치하더라도 하나의 가이드내에 오일 공급홀이 다단으로 설치되어 종래의 2단 구조 이상의 오일 공급성능을 시현하며, 또한 1단 구조이므로 설비가 간단하고 취급이 용이한 이점을 갖는다.

Claims (2)

  1. 오일 재킷 구조의 세라믹 가이드로서 사를 중심으로 약 340°도 방향에서 오일이 공급되도록 오일 공급홀이 전체 면에 내장되어 있고, 오일 공급홀 하부 및 오일 드레인 상부에 오일 스톱홈이 가이드 내경의 원주방향으로 설장되어 있으며, 하나의 가이드 내에서 길이 방향으로 2∼4단의 오일 공급홀이 취부되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 오일 젯트 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 오일 공급홀이 내경이 서로 상이한 태부와 세부의 2단으로 구성되어 있으며, 수평방향에 대하여 2∼5°경사지게 취부된 것을 특징으로 하는 오일 젯트 장치.
