Abstract

본 발명은 폴리아미드 및 폴리에스테르등의 합성섬유를 용융방사함에 있어서, 주행하는 사조에 윤활제와 대전 장지제등이 함유된 유제를 급유하는 급유 장치에 관한 것으로 다시말하면 주행 사조에 균일급유가 가능하도록 하는 급유 장치에 관한 것이며, 이는 사조(F)가 토출안내되는 가이드면(110)의 상부측에 유제를 사조(F)측으로 공급토록 하는 유제토출공(120)과, 이의 하부위치에 공급되는 유제를 사조(F)측에 도포하도록 하는 유제 급유홈(130)과, 상기 유제토출공(120)과 유제급유홈(130)을 연결하여 유제토출공(120)으로 부터 공급되는 유제를 유제급유홈(130)으로 유도하는 유제유도홈(131)과, 외부의 압축공기를 분사하여 유제를 사조(F)의 표면에 침투시키도록 하는 공기분사공(140)으로 구성된 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 합성섬유용 유제 급유장치에 있어서, 사조(F)가 토출안내되는 가이드면(110)의 상부측에 유제를 사조(F)측으로 공급토록 하는 유제토출공(120)과, 이의 하부위치에 구비되고 공급되는 유제를 사조(F)측에 도포하도록 하는 유제급유홈(130)과, 상기 유제토출공(120)과 유제급유홈(130)의 사이에 구비되고 유제토출공(120)으로부터 공급되는 유제를 유제급유홈(130)으로 유도하는 유제유도홈(131)과, 외부의 압축공기를 분사하여 유제를 사조(F)의 표면에 침투시키도록 하는 공기분사공(140)으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 합성 섬유용 유제 급유장치.
