본 발명은 발효에 의한 L-로이신의 제조방법으로 더욱 자세하게는 L-이소로이신 및 L-시스테인 요구 변이주의 호기적 배양에 의해 L-로이신을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것으로 L-로이신 생산에 이용해 오던 L-이소로이신 요구주인 코리네박테리움 속 동아 MS-03178(KFCC-10011)을 친주로 하여 통상의 변이처리방법에 의하여 획득한 변이주중 L-이소로이신 및 L-시스테인을 동시에 요구하는 변이주인 코리네박테리움 동아 MS-03381(KCTC-8508P)를 당류를 주원료로 하는 배지에 호기적으로 배양하여 L-로이신을 배지내에 축척시켜 L-로이신을 제조하는 방법으로서 본 변이주가 다량의 L-로이신을 배지내에 축적시킴으로 수율이 양호하여 공업화에 유용한 L-로이신의 제조방법이다.The present invention relates to a method for producing L-leucine by fermentation, and more particularly, to a method for producing L-leucine by aerobic culture of L-isoleucine and L-cysteine demanding mutant strains.
