Abstract

본 발명은 고체상의 비할로겐계인 포스페이트계 난연제를사용하여 난연성, 내열성, 고화속도 및 압출가공성이 우수해진 열가소성 수지 조성물에 관한 것으로, (A) 방향족 폴리카보네이트 수지 10~90중량부 (B) 스티렌계 수지 10~90중량부 (C) 고체상의 포스페이트계 화합물 2~20중량부 (D) 폴리아릴레이트 수지 1~50중량부 (E) 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌 0.01~10중량부로 구성됨을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (5)

  1. (A) 방향족 폴리카보네이트 수지 10~90중량부 (B) 스티렌계 수지 10~90중량부 (C) 고체상의 포스페이트계 화합물 2~20중량부
    상기식에서, R1과 R2는 같거나 다를 수 있으며, 알킬그룹이고, R3는 수소 혹은 알킬그룹이며, Y는 -CH2-, -C(CH3)2-, -S-, -SO2-, -CO-, -O- 또는 -M=N-이며, k는 0 또는 1이고, m은 0에서 4까지의 정수이다. (D) 폴리아릴레이트 수지 1~50중량부 (E) 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌 0.01~10중량부로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 수지 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, (A) 성분의 방향족 폴리카보네이트 수지는 수평균 분자량이 1,000~200,000임을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, (B) 성분의 스티렌계 수지는 HIPS, ABS, ASA, AES, MBS 수지임을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물.
  4. 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, (B) 성분의 스티렌계 수지는 (B) 성분의 사용 범위 내에서 ABS 수지 10~90중량부와 SAN수지 40중량부 이하로 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, (D) 성분의 폴리아릴레이트 수지는 방향족 이카르복실산(aromatic dicarboxylic acid)과 디히드릭 페놀(dihydric phenol)의 반응 및 테레프탈산 또는 이소프탈산과 비스페놀 A의 공중합체로 제조되는 방향족 폴리에스테르임을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물.
