Abstract

본 발명은 철재저장탱크본체의 외벽에 합성수지망이 씌워지고, 그위에 약 3mm두께의 고밀도 플리에틸렌(HDPE) 외벽으로 피복되어 철재저장탱크본체와 고밀도 플리에틸렌 외벽 사이에 합성수지망에 의해 형성된 공간이 형성되고, 탱크의 일축에는 공기가 주입 및 누출되는 공기주입구를 형성하고, 상기 공기주입구내에 공기주입구를 따라 하방으로 연장되어 기픔의 누출을 감지하는 누출감지센서를 설치하므로서, 제조시 탱크내의 누설 및 밀봉여부에 대한 점검이 가능하여 탱크의 밀봉불량 여부를 용이하게 점검할 수 있음과, 아울러 탱크본체의 벽을 보호할 수 있는 공기가 충진된 완충층에 의하여 탱크의 운반 및 설치시 외부충격에 의한 손상을 방지할 수 있으며, 완벽판 밀붕에 의한 탱크의 부식이 방지되어 반영구적으로 사용이 가능하며, 유류의 누설의 우려가 없으므로 콘크리트벽의 형성이 필요없는 지하매설용 유류저장탱크이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 철제인 탱크본체(1)의 외측에 합성수지 또는 금속재의 이격용망(2)이 배치되고, 상기 이격용망(2)위에 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 외벽(3)이 피복되어, 상기 탱크본체(1)와 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 외벽(3)사이에는 이격용망(2)에 의해 형성된 공기가 주입가능한 완충층(4)이 형성되고, 탱크의 외측에는 상기 완충층(4)과 통하고 공기가 주입 및 누출되는 종 방향으로 연장된 공기주입구(5)가 형성되고, 상기 공기주입구(5)를 따라 하방으로 연장되어 기름의 누출을 감지하는 누출감지센서(6)가 설치된 지하매설용 유로저장탱크.
