스킵 변속이 가능하고 고회전 영역에서 드래그 토크를 최소화하며, 라인압 가변이 가능한 자동 변속 시스템을 제공하기 위하여, 중립모드에서 주행모드로 모드 변경시 1속단을 달성하기 위하여 제2마찰요소로 유압을 공급하는 제1컨트롤 밸브와, 매뉴얼 밸브로 부터 공급되는 유압을 제3솔레노이드 밸브의 온/오프작동으로 제1마찰요소로 유압을 공급하거나 차단하는 제2컨트롤 밸브와, 매뉴얼 밸브로 부터 공급되는 유압을 제4솔레노이드 밸브의 온/오프작동으로 제3마찰요소로 유압을 공급하거나 차단하는 제3컨트롤 밸브와, 매뉴얼 밸브로 부터 공급되는 유압을 제5솔레노이드 밸브의 온/오프작동으로 제4마찰요소로 유압을 공급하거나 차단하는 제4컨트롤 밸브를 포함하는 자동 변속차량의 자동 변속 시스템.

제1도는 본 발명에 관련하는 자동 변속 시스템의 파워 트레인,
제2도는 본 발명에 관련하는 자동 변속 시스템의 유압 제어장치,
제3도는 본 발명의 유압 제어장치에 의해 각각의 마찰요소 작동유무를 각 변속단별로 나타낸 표.
Claims (7)
- 엔진 구동시 함께 구동하여 오일압을 형성하는 오일펌프와, 스로틀 밸브의 개도율 신호를 입력받아 제1솔레노이드 밸브에 의해 포트변환이 이루어져 상기 오일펌프로 부터 공급되는 라인압을 조절하는 압력조절밸브와, 변속레버와 연동하여 포트변환을 이룸으로서 각 컨트롤 밸브로 유압을 공급하는 매뉴얼 밸브와, 중립모드에서 주행모드로 모드 변경시 1속단을 달성하기 위하여 제2마찰요소로 유압을 공급하는 제1컨트롤 밸브와, 매뉴얼 밸브로 부터 공급되는 유압을 제3솔레노이드 밸브의 온/오프작동으로 제1마찰요소로 유압을 공급하거나 차단하는 제2컨트롤 밸브와, 매뉴얼 밸브로 부터 공급되는 유압을 제4솔레노이드 밸브의 온/오프작동으로 제3마찰요소로 유압을 공급하거나 차단하는 제3컨트롤 밸브와, 매뉴얼 밸브로 부터 공급되는 유압을 제5솔레노이드 밸브의 온/오프작동으로 제4마찰요소로 유압을 공급하거나 차단하는 제4컨트롤 밸브를 포함하는 자동 변속 차량의 자동 변속 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1컨트롤 밸브의 제어유압은 파일롯 밸브로 부터 공급되는 자동 변속차량의 자동 변속 시스템.
- 제1향에 있어서, 매뉴얼 밸브는 후진 레인지에서 오일펌프의 유압을 후진마찰요소로 직접 공급할 수 있는 관로 연결이 이루어지는 자동 변속차량의 자동 변속 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2마찰요소와 매뉴얼 밸브는 제2마찰요소의 작동유압을 배출하기 위한 관로로 연결되는 자동 변속차량의 자동 변속 시스템.
- 엔진의 동력을 토오크 변환하는 토오크 컨버터의 터어빈과 직결되는 입력축과, 이 입력축으로 부터 직접 동력을 전달받는 제1선기어를 보유하는 제1유성기어 장치와, 상기한 제1유성기어 장치와 제1마찰요소를 통하여 선택적으로 동력을 전달받는 제2유성 캐리어를 보유하는 제2유성기어장치와, 상기 제2유성기어장치의 제2유성캐리어를 반력요소로 작용시키는 제2마찰요소와, 상기한 제2유성기어 장치의 제2선기어를 반력요소를 작용시키는 제3마찰요소와, 상기한 제2유성 캐리어로 입력축의 동력을 전달하는 제4마찰요소와, 상기한 제2선기어로 입력축의 동력을 전달하는 제5마찰요소를 포함하는 자동 변속차량의 자동 변속 시스템.
- 제5항에 있어서, 제1유성기어장치의 제1링기어는 제2유성 캐리어와 선택적으로 연결될 수 있는 자동 변속차량의 자동 변속 시스템.
- 제5항에 있어서, 제1유성기어장치의 제1유성 캐리어는 제2유성기어장치의 제2링기어와 직결되는 자동 변속차량의 자동 변속 시스템.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
