Abstract

본 발명은 가스 주입 사출 성형에서 가스와 수지를 유입하는 노즐 장치에 관한 것이다.
기존의 가스 주입 노즐 장치는 가스 노줄 부위에 고화 및 역류 현상으로 가스 유로(11)가 막히는 현상이 발생되고 이를 방지하기 위하여 부수직인 장치(예 : 히터, 외부로 장치이동등)가 필요하였으나 본 발명은 다공성 분말 소재 합금을 이용함으로써 노즐 장치를 기존보다 단순화 할 수 있을뿐 아니라 실린더의 피스톤에 의하여 수지의 가스 주입구로의 역류와 가스의 수지 유로로의 역류를 방지할 수 있도록 한 것이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 통상의 수지 압송을 위한 스크류(3)가 내장되고 그 바깥 둘레에 히터 밴드(1)가 감긴 배럴(2)을 구비하며, 히터 밴드(1)를 갖는 노즐(5)을 베럴(2)의 선단에 고정하고 노즐(5)에 스프루 부싱(6)과 고정측 금형(7) 및 이동측 금형(8)이 순차로 접하도록 하되, 가스압이 공급되는 경우 스프링(9)에 의하여 탄력 설치된 실런더(13)의 피스톤(14)이 상승하여 누설 방지홀(10)에 끼워 짐으로써 수지의 통과유로를 차단할 수 있도록 하고 가스의 유로와 수지의 유로가 교차하는 지점에 다공성 분말소결 함금(4)을 고정하여서 된 노즐(5)을 구비하여서 됨을 특징으로 하는 가스 주입 사출 성형용 노즐 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 노즐(5)내부의 가스 유입 방지를 위한 피스턴 상방에 홈(10)을 만들어 놀은 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 주입 사출 성형용 노즐 장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 공급되는 가스는 질소, 공기임을 특징으로 하는 가스 주입 사출 성형용 노즐 장치.
