Abstract
PURPOSE:To mold the resin of high melting viscosity through injection while preventing the back flow thereof by forming a gate hole to be a columnlike straight hole and by providing a stopper in a hot-runner type valve nozzle. CONSTITUTION:The outside diameter of the rear end of a piston 21 is made larger than that of the front end thereof so that a valve stem 22 is moved to the side of a gate 25 with the increase of the injection pressure and that the gate 25 is closed automatically by the action of a spring 30. Moreover, the hole 32 of the gate 25 is formed to be a columnlike straight hole so as to increase the flow of resin, while the cross-sectional shape of the valve is made to be the same with that of the hole 32 of the gate so as to prevent the back flow of the resin from the aperture of the valves 23 and 37 to the side of a cylinder 20, and the stopper 33 is fitted so that the valves 23 and 37 stop at fixed positions. When slidable stabilizing fittings 34 and 39 are fitted, the valve 23 returns to the hole 32 of the gate smoothly without shaking.
