Abstract

본 발명은 헬리컬기어의 냉간단조 방법 및 그 장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 구체적으로는 비틀림 치차로 되어 물림률이 좋고 회전이 원활하며 소음이 적은 헬리컬기어를 냉간단조 방법으로 성형함으로써 강도가 뛰어나고 생산성이 높으며 재료절감효과를 얻을 수 있으며 그 성형장치는 통상의 범용프레스나 직선운동기구에 부설하여 간단하게 작업할 수 있도록 한 것이다.
즉, 소재를 소정길이로 절단하여 소정의 냉간단조 공정을 가진 성형소재를 헬리컬리드각과 동일한 각도로 회전되는 헬리컬펀치로 단조시켜 헬리컬기어를 성형시키게 됨을 특징으로 하는 헬리컬기어의 냉간단조방법 및 그 장치이다.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명의 헬리컬기어 단조장치로서 단조전 상태 단면도,
제2도는 본 발명의 헬리컬기어 단조장치로서 단조되는 상태 단면도,
제3도는 본 발명의 헬리컬단조편치 및 그에 의한 헬리컬기어 사시도,
제4도는 본 발명의 헬리컬단조편치의 부분확대 단면도.

Claims (2)

  1. 소재를 소정길이로 절단하여 소정의 냉간단조공정을 가진 성형소재를 헬리컬리드각과 동일한 각도로 회전되는 헬리컬펀치로 단조시켜 헬리컬기어를 성형시키게 됨을 특징으로 하는 헬리컬기어의 냉간단조방법.
  2. 상부금형(11)은 승강되게 장착하여 몸체(12) 내부의 받침턱(13)에 지지대(14)를 안내되게 접속하고 지지대(14)의 상면부(14a)와 걸림턱(14b) 하단부는 각각 상·하부 겹판베어링(15)(15´)을 끼우고 그 사이의 공간부(17)에 작동유를 주입시켜 유막을 형성케하고 지지대(14)의 중심공에는 고정볼트(18)를 끼워 하단부에 헬리컬펀치(19)를 결착시키며, 하부금형(20)은 받침턱(21) 상부의 다이스(22)내에 성형소재 (24)를 안치시켜 헬리컬기어를 성형시키게 됨을 특징으로 하는 헬리컬기어의 냉간단조장치.
