Abstract
본 발명은 열간압연에서의 마무리 압연기의 작동롤 교체주기를 설정하는 방법에 관한 것으로써, 열간압연중에 마무리압연기의 작동롤에 가해지는 열적, 기계적 손상의 정량화를 통해 작동롤의 교체주기를 설정하므로써, 열연강판의 표면품질, 생산성 및 롤원단위를 향상시킬 수 있는 열간압연 마무리압연기의 작동롤 교체주기 설정방법을 제공하고자 하는데, 그 목적이 있다.The present invention relates to a method for setting an operation roll replacement cycle of a finishing rolling mill in hot rolling, and by setting a replacement cycle of an operation roll through quantification of thermal and mechanical damage applied to the operation roll of the finishing rolling mill during hot rolling.
