Abstract

본 발명은 살생물성 비드의 집합체의 모양을 기체 불투과성이거나, 수증기 투과성이거나 또는 기체 투과성인 커버와 공기 투과성 기재 사이에 부착시킨 살생물성 직물에 관한 것이다. 상기 직물의 제조 방법 및 그 장치에서는, 핫멜트 접착제의 모양을 기재에 도포하고, 살생물성 재료의 비드를 접착제 위로 산포시키며, 그 후에 과량의 비드를 제거한다. 접착제의 동일한 모양을 커버에 도포하고, 커버 접착제는 기재상의 비드와 접촉시켜 상기 직물을 완성한다.

Claims (24)

  1. 기재, 살생물성 재료의 불연속 중간층 및 재료의 상부층을 포함하는 살생물성 직물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비드를 상기 기재에 그리고 상기 상부층에 부착시키는 핫 멜트 접착제를 포함하는 살생물성 직물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 상부층이 기밀식인 살생물성 직물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 상부층이 수증기-투과성인 살생물성 직물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 상부층이 기체-투과성인 살생물성 직물.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 기재 재료가 편직물인 살생물성 직물.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 기재 재료가 폴리에스테르인 살생물성 직물.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 상부층이 부직포인 살생물성 직물.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 상부층이 용융 팽창된 부직포인 살생물성 직물.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 상부층이 용융 팽창된 폴리이미드/폴리에스테르 부직포인 살생물성 직물.
  11. 공기 투광성 재료의 기재, 살생물성 비드 침착물의 모양을 포함하는 중간층 및 상부층, 및 상기 침착물을 상기 기재에 그리고 상기 상부층에 부착시키는 핫 멜트 접착제를 포함하는 살생물성 직물.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 기재가 폴리에스테르 편직물인 살생물성 직물.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 상부층이 용융 팽창된 폴리아미드/폴리에스테르 부직포인 살생물성 직물.
  14. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 상부층이 용융 팽창된 폴리아미드/폴리에스테르 부직포인 살생물성 직물.
  15. 접착제의 일정 모양의 제1층을 기체-투과성 기재에 도포하는 단계, 살생물성 재료의 비드를 상기 접착제의 모양에 첨가하는 단계, 접착제의 제2층을 살생물성 재료의 상기 비드에 첨가하는 단계 및 커버를 상기 접착제 제2층에 첨가하는 단계를 포함하는 살생물성 직물 어셈블리를 성형하는 방법.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 접착제가 핫 멜트 접착제인 방법.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 접착제의 상기 제1층의 첨가 단계가 상기 기재를 핫 멜트 접착제 도포부를 지나 한쪽 표면 위로 진행시켜 상기 접착제 제1층을 상기 한 쪽 표면에 첨가하는 것을 포함하며, 상기 방법이 상기 비드를 상기 접착제 제1층에 첨가한 후 상기 기재를 역전시키고 상기 기재를 교반시키므로써 상기 한 쪽 표면으로부터 과량의 비드를 제거하여 상기 한 쪽 표면에 살생물성 비드의 모양을 남기는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 상기 핫 멜트 접착제를 냉각시키는 단계 및 상기 기재를 롤 형태로 성형하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
  19. 제17항에 있어서, 상기 제2층 도포 단계가 상기 기재를 상기 핫 멜트 접착제 도포부를 지나 두 번째로 한 쪽 표면 위로 진행시키는 단계, 핫 멜트 접착제를 살생물성 비드의 상기 모양에 도포하는 단계 및 상기 커버를 살생물성 비드의 상기 모양상의 접착제에 첨가하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
  20. 핫 멜트 접착제의 모양을 통과하는 재료에 첨가하는 수단, 상기 접착제 도포 수단을 지나 공기 투과성 재료의 기재를 수송하여 상기 핫 멜트 접착제의 모양이 상기 기재에 침착되도록 하는 수단, 및 살생물성 재료의 비드를 상기 기재에 보유된 접착제의 상기 모양에 첨가하는 수단을 포함한는 살생물성 직물 어셈블리의 제조장치.
  21. 제20항에 있어서, 상기 접착제 도포 수단이 엠보싱된 모양을 가진 롤러 및 상기 롤러에 핫 멜트 접착제를 도포하는 수단을 포함하는 장치.
  22. 제20항에 있어서, 비드 첨가 수단이 과량의 비드를 상기 접착제의 모양에 첨가하는 수단, 상기 직물을 역전시키는 수단, 및 상기 직물을 교반하여 상기 과량의 비드를 제거하는 수단을 포함하는 장치.
  23. 제20항에 있어서, 상기 접착제 도포 수단이 엠보싱된 모양을 가진 롤러 및 상기 롤러에 핫 멜트 접착제를 도포하는 수단을 포함하며, 상기 비드 첨가 수단이 과량의 비드를 상기 접착제의 모양에 첨가하는 수단, 상기 직물을 역전시키는 수단, 및 상기 직물을 교반하여 상기 과량의 비드를 제거하는 수단을 포함하는 장치.
  24. 제23항에 있어서, 상기 접착제를 냉각시키는 수단을 포함하는 장치.
