Abstract
본 발명은 액정표시장치 모듈의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, LCD 판넬의 접촉패드들과 PCB의 단자를 히트실로 연결한 후, 상기 히트 실의 예정된 길이 만큼을 상기 PCB상에 접착시키고, 상기의 LCD 관넬과 PCB를 모듈 홀더내에 탑재한 후, 상기 LCD 판넬과 PCB의 사이에 백 라이트를 삽입하여 LCD 모듈을 형성하였으므로, LCD 모듈의 조립 공정이나, 백 라이트 교체 공정시 히트 실이 모듈 홀더의 바깥쪽으로 밀려나오거나, 백 라이크와 LCD 판넬의 사이에 히드 실이 중첩되어 LCD 판넬의 휘도를 감소시키는 등의 불량발생을 방지하여 공정수율 및 소자동작의 신뢰성을 향상시킬 수 있다.The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a liquid crystal display module, and after connecting the contact pads of the LCD panel and the terminal of the PCB with a heat seal, the predetermined length of the heat seal is bonded to the PCB, the LCD panel After mounting the PCB in the module holder and inserting the backlight between the LCD panel and the PCB to form the LCD module, the heat seal is pushed out of the module holder during the LCD module assembly process or the backlight replacement process.
