Abstract

본 발명은 LCD 모듈 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 사각 틀체 형상의 모듈 홀더에 순차적으로 LCD 판넬과 EL판넬 및 PCB가 순차적으로 탑재되어 조립되는 LCD 모듈에서 상기 LCD 모듈의 조립전에 LCD의 하측 액정기판의 편광판에 EL판넬을 부착시키고, 제브라나 히트실을 사용하여 LCD와 PCB의 접촉단자들을 연결하고 상기 LCD와 EL 판넬 및 PCB를 사각틀체 형상의 모듈홀더에 탑재하여 LCD 모듈을 형성하였으므로, EL판넬과 LCD의 디스플레이 영역과의 정렬이 용이하여 공정수율이 향상되고, 광원과 LCD와의 거리가 없어지므로 광 휘도가 증가되며, LCD 후면이 화면에 나타나지 않아 LCD의 동작특성이 향상된다.The present invention relates to an LCD module and a method for manufacturing the same.
