Abstract

본 발명은 시멘트 콘크리트 또는 몰타르로 구성된 건물 등의 표면처리와 조립식 건물, 콘테이너 하우스, 알미늄 샷시 등의 이음새 부분을 방수 처리하는 시공 방법으로 콘크리트충의 수축·팽창으로 인한 균열방지는 물론 내열성, 내화성, 내약품성, 내충격성, 방습성, 단열성, 전기전열성 등에 우수하며 방수효과가 뛰어나고 산·알칼리등 화학작용에 작용되지 않으며 내구적이므로 장기간에 걸쳐 누수현상을 완벽하게 방지할 수 있다.
본 발명의 주재료는 몰바인 SH-11과 유리섬유로 몰바인 SH-11은 고분자 재료의 혼화재로 합성수지의 유제 또는 현탁액으로 아크릴 수지도료이며 유리섬유는 유리를 1600~1800℃ 고온으로 용융방사하여 얻어지는 미세한 5~13u의 무기질 섬유이다.
본 발명의 시공방법은 수 차에 걸친 C.M.[몰바인 SH-11, 시멘트, C.M.분제 등의 혼합물) 작업과 화이바 그라스 2회 도포작업, 화이바 그라스 2회 접착 작업등 8층의 방수층을 형성시킴으로서 방수효과를 극대화 할수 있다.
본 방수공법은 시멘트 콘크리트, 몰타르로 구성된 건물의 옥상, 지하실, 실내화장실, 목욕탕, 폐수탱크, 물탱크, 수영장 등 비교적 물과 접촉이 많은 장소에서 사용될 수 있으며 조립식 건물 등의 이음새 부분도 방수처리 할 수 있어 다양한 장소에서 사용될 수 있다.

제6공정: 몰바인 SH-11를 이용한 화이바 그라스 접착작업,
제7공정: 화이바 그라스 보호를 위한 C.M.작업,
제8공정: 방수공사 전체공정의 보호를 위한 C M.작업.

  1. 콘크리트, 몰타르로 구성되 구조물 또는 조립식 건물의 표면처리와 콘테이너 하우스, 알미늄 샷시 등의 이음새 부분을 방수처리 하는 시공 방법에 있어 수차의 C.M.(몰바인 SH-11, 시멘트, C.M. 분제 등의 혼합물)작업과 화이바 그라스 2회 도포(가로, 세로)작업, 몰바인 SH-11를 이용한 화이바 고라스 2회 접착작업 등으로 구성되어 다층으로 적층(積層)시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 C.M.그라스 8충 방수시공법.
