Abstract

본 발명은 유연성 또는 강성이 우수한 생물학적으로 분해가능하게 성형된 구조 생성물로서, 비교적 크게 한정된 입자 크기를 가지고, 바람직하게는 성핵제(成核劑)를 함유하는 전분을 압출하여 제공한다.
본 발명은 또한 생물학적으로 분해가능한 수분산성으로 성형된 코어생성물로서, 정선된 입자 크기를 가지는 전분을 발포형의 독립기포 전분생성물로 압출함으로써 제공디는 종이제품의 권취, 롤형성 및 저장에 유용한 코어생성물에 관한 것이다.

Claims (19)

  1. 발포형의 독립기포 전분생성물로 이루어지는 생물학적으로 분해가능하게 성형된 구조 생성물에 있어서, 입자 크기가 400∼1500 미크론인 전분을 압출하여 형성된 생성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 전분은 옥수수, 감자, 밀, 타피오카(tapioca), 왁시메이즈(waxymaze) 및 고아밀로스 옥수수의 군에서 선택되는 생성물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 전분은 변성된 전분인 생성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 전분은 아밀로스 함량이 전분의 중량을 기준으로 적어도 40중량%인 생성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 전분은 1∼8중량%의 성핵제(成核劑)를 함유하는 생성물.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, 전분은 아밀로스 함량이 전분의 중량을 기준으로 적어도 40중량%이고, 2∼6개의 탄소원자를 함유하는 15중량% 까지의 산화알킬렌으로 변성되는 생성물.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 생성물은 벌크 밀도가 2∼16 1b/ft3, 압축성이 100∼800 g/㎠, 탄성이 적어도 20%인 유연성 시트이고, 전분은 2∼5중량%의 성핵제를 함유하는 생성물.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 생성물은 강성의 판자(plank)이고, 전분은1∼3중량%의 성핵제를 함유하는 생성물.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 생성물은 생물학적으로 분해가능하고, 수분산성으로 성형된 코어생성물인 생성물.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 전분은 옥수수, 감자, 밀, 타피오카, 왁시메이즈 및 고아밀로스 옥수수의 군에서 선택되는 생성물.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 전분은 아밀로스 함량이 전분의 중량을 기준으로 적어도 40%인 생성물.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 전분은 2∼6개의 탄소원자를 함유하는 2∼15중량%의 산화알킬렌으로 변성되고, 1∼8중량%의 성핵제를 함유하는 생성물.
  13. 생물학적으로 분해가능하게 성형된 발포구조 생성물의 제조방법에 있어서, 입자 크기가 400∼1500 미크론인 전분을 총 수분 함량이 25중량%이하이고, 온도가 100∼250℃인 조건하에서 압출하여 이루어지는 발포생성물의 제조방법.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 전분은 옥수수, 감자,밀, 타피오카, 왁시메이즈 및 고아밀로스 옥수수의 군에서 선택되고, 2∼6개의 탄소원자를 함유하는 15중량%까지의 산화 알킬렌으로 변성되는 발포생성물의 제조방법.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 전분은 아밀로스 함량이 적어도 40중량%인 발포생성물의 제조방법.
  16. 제14항에 있어서, 생성물은 수분산성으로 성형된 코어생성물인 발포생성물의 제조방법.
  17. 제15항에 있어서, 전분은 아밀로스 함량이 적어도 65중량%이고, 입자 크기가 800∼1200 미크론인 발포 생성물의 제조방법.
  18. 제9항의 전분 코어생성물상에 권취된 종이로 이루어지는 롤형태의 종이생성물.
  19. 제12항의 전분 코어생성물상에 권취된 종이로 이루어지는 롤형태의 종이생성물.
