Abstract

본 발명은 평면상 이차원 구조 탄소섬유강화 탄소복합재료 (이하 “탄소복합재”로 약칭함)의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은, 이차원 탄소섬유를 보강삼유로 사용하여 두꺼운 탄소 복합재제조시, 새로운 공정의 도입없이 손쉽게 탄소 복합재의 층간 분리현상을 최대한 억제함과 동시에 신속한 승온과 냉각속도조건에서 열처리하여 실행할 수 있는 제조방법을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
본 발명은 열경화성수지를 사용하여 액상 함침법에 따라 두꺼운 이차원 구조 탄소 복합재를 제조하는 데 있어서, 약 0.1∼2㎜의 분쇄된 탄소섬유를 2∼20중량% 첨가하여 초벌성형체를 성형한 다음, 수회에 걸친 고밀도화 공정을 거치는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (4)

  1. 열경화성수지를 사용하여 액상 함침법에 따라 두꺼운 이차원 구조 탄소 복합재를 제조하는 데 있어서, 약 0.1∼2㎜의 분쇄된 탄소섬유를 2∼20중량% 첨가하여 초벌성형체를 성형한 다음, 수회에 걸친 고밀도화 공정을 거치는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차원 구조 탄소섬유강화 탄소복합재료의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 고밀도화 공정 동안 수지의 초기 열분해에 의하여 분쇄된 탄소섬유가 탄소 복합재에 대한 일방향 수직 구조를 이루어 전체적으로 삼차원 또는 사차원 구조를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차원 구조 탄소섬유강화 탄소복합재료의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 분쇄된 탄소섬유가 1중량% 첨가한 데 따라 약 4%의 벌크밀도가 증가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차원 구조 탄소섬유강화 탄소복합재료의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 분쇄된 탄소섬유를 첨가한 탄소 복합재의 수지 매트릭스가 약 470℃를 정점으로 급격한 열분해 방출로 인한 층간분리 현상을 억제하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차원 구조 탄소섬유강화 탄소복합재료의 제조방법.
