Abstract

본 발명은 안정화된 3-이소티아졸론 용액에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 다음 구조식(Ⅰ)로 표시되는 1종 이상의 이소티아졸론 화합물을 에틸렌 글리콜 메틸 에테르, 에틸렌 글리콜 디메틸 에테르, 디프로필렌 글리콜 또는 이들의 혼합용매에 녹이거나 분사시켜서 안정화된 3-이소티아졸론 조성물에 관한 것이다.
상기 식에서, R1및 R2는 각각 서로 같거나 다른 것으로서, 수소원자 ; 할로겐원자 ; 또는 C1∼C4의 알킬이고, R3는 수소원자 ; 할로겐원자 ; 또는 히드록시기로 치환되거나 치환되지 않은 C1∼C10의 알킬기 ; 할로겐원자로 치환되거나 치환되지 않은 C2∼C10의 알케닐기 ; 할로겐원자로 치환되거나 치환되지 않은 C2∼C10의 알키닐기 ; 할로겐원자, C1∼C10의 알킬기 또는 C2∼C9의 알콕시기로 치환되거나 치환되지 않은 아랄킬기이다.

Claims (6)

  1. 다음 구조식(Ⅰ)로 표시되는 3-이소티아졸론 화합물과 에틸렌 글리콜 메틸 에테르, 에틸렌 글리콜 디메틸 에테르 또는 이들의 혼합용매로 이루어진 용액에 디프로필렌 글리콜을 선택적으로 첨가한 것임을 특징으로 하는 3-이소티아졸론 용액.
    상기 식에서, R1및 R2는 각각 서로 같거나 다른 것으로서, 수소원자 ; 할로겐원자 ; 또는 C1∼C4의 알킬이고, R3는 수소원자 ; 할로겐원자 ; 또는 히드록시기로 치환되거나 치환되지 않은 C1∼C10의 알킬기 ; 할로겐원자로 치환되거나 치환되지 않은 C2∼C10의 알케닐기 ; 할로겐원자로 치환되거나 치환되지 않은 C2∼C10의 알키닐기 ; 할로겐원자, C1∼C10의 알킬기 또는 C2∼C9의 알콕시기로 치환되거나 치환되지 않은 아랄킬기이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 3-이소티아졸론 화합물은 5-클로로-2-메틸-3-이소티아졸론임을 특징으로 하는 이소티아졸론 용액.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 3-이소티아졸론 용액은 상기 구조식(Ⅰ)로 표시되는 3-이소티아졸론 화합물 2∼86 중량%, 에틸렌 글리콜 메틸 에테르 또는 에틸렌 글리콜 디메틸 에테르 8∼92 중량%, 그리고 디프로필렌 글리콜 6∼90중량%로 이루어진 것임을 특징으로 하는 이소티아졸론 용액.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이소티아졸론 용액에 4,5-디클로로-1,2-디티올-3-온, 2,2-디브로모-3-나이트로프로피온아마이드(DBNPA), 2,2-디브로모-3-나이트로에탄올, 메틸렌비스(티오시아네이트) 또는 비스(브로모아세톡시)부텐 중에서 선택된 1종 이상의 것을 첨가한 것임을 특징으로 하는 이소티아졸론 용액.
  5. 에틸렌 글리콜 메틸 에테르, 에틸렌 글리콜 디메틸 에테르 또는 이들의 혼합용매에 다음 구조식(Ⅰ)로 표시되는 3-이소티아졸론 화합물을 녹이는 것을 특징으로 하는 이소티아졸론의 안정화 방법.
    상기 식에서, R1, R2및 R3는 특허정구범위 제1항에서 정의한 바와 같다.
  6. 에틸렌 글리콜 메틸 에테르, 에틸렌 글리콜 디메틸 에테르 또는 이들의 혼합용매와 디프로필렌 글리콜로 이루진 용매에 다음 구조식(Ⅰ)로 표시되는 3-이소티아졸론 화합물을 녹이는 것을 특징으로 하는 이소디아졸론의 안정화 방법.
    상기 식에서, R1, R2및 R3는 특허정구범위 재1항에서 정의한 바와 같다.
