Claims (19)

  1. 다음 일반식(ⅠA)의 이소티아졸론화합물 및 다음 일반식(Ⅰ) 내지(Ⅳ)의 화합물로부터 선택된 무수물을 포함하여 구성된 살균조성물.
    상기 일반식들에서, Y는 치환 또는 비치환알킬, 할로겐 치환 또는 비치환알케닐 또는 알키닐, 치환 또는 비치환시클로알킬, 또는 치환 또는 비치환알킬 또는 아랄기이고: R과 R1은 각각 수소, 할로겐 또는 알킬기이고:R2와 R3는 각각 알킬, 시클로알킬, 아릴, 알킬아릴, 아릴알킬 및 -C(O)-OR4(여기서 R4는 수소, 알킬, 시클로알킬, 아릴, 알킬아리 또는 아릴알킬임)으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 라디칼이고:X는 CR5=CR6, CR5R6-CR5=CR6또는(CR5R6)n[여기서, R5와 R6는 각각 R2, R3, 수소 또는 Cl 이고: n은 2 또는 3임] 이고:Z는 하나 또는 둘 이상의 R5또는 R6로 치환될 수 있는, 4-, 5-, 6-또는 7- 원자고리의 포화, 불포화 또는 헤테로고리를 형성하는 라디칼이며: W는 방향족 핵(uncleus)임.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 0.1-99.9부(parts)의 한가지이상의 상기 이소티아졸론화합물과 0.1-99.9부의 상기무수물 및 99.8부 이하의 유기용매로 구성되는 살균조성물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 1-50부의 이소티아졸론 화합물, 1-25부의 무수물 및 25-98부의 유기용매로 구성되는 살균조성물
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 1-25부의 이소티아졸론 화합물, 1-10부의 무수물 및 65-98부의 유기용매로 구성되는 살균조성물.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 일반식들에서 Y는 C1-C18알킬 또는 C3-C12시클로알킬이고: R은 수소 또는 할로겐이고: R1은 수소 또는 할로겐이고: R2, R3및 R5는 각각 저급알킬이고:X는 수소, 알킬 또는 아릴기인 것을 특징으로 하는 살균조성물.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 5-클로로-2-메틸-3-이소티아졸론, 2-메틸-3-이소티아졸론, 2-옥틱-3-이소티아졸론 및 4,5-디클로로-2-옥틸-3-이소티아졸론으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 이소티아졸론 화합물 14부를 함유하는 것을 특징으로하는 살균조성물.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 5-클로로-2-메틸-3-이소티아졸론, 2-메틸-3-이소티아졸론, 2-옥틸-3-이소티아졸론 및 4,5-디클로로-2-옥틸-3-이소티아졸론으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 이소티아졸론 화합물 15부를 함유하는 것을 특징으로하는 살균조성물.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 무수물이 아세트산 무수물, 피발산무수물, 숙신산무수물, 말레인산무수물, 모노클로로말레인산 무수물, 글루타르산무수물, 프탈산무수물 및 피로멜리트산 무수물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 살균조성물.
  9. 박테리아나 진균 또는 조류생장에 역영향을 주기에 효과적인 양으로, 상기 제1항의 조성물을 박테리아나 진균 또는 조류에 의하여 오염된 영역내 또는 그위로 적용함으로써 그러한 영역내에서 박테리아나 진균 또는 조류의 생장을 억제하는 방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서 상기영역이 수성매체인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  11. 제9항에 있어서 상기영역이 절삭유조성물인 것을 특징으로하는 방법.
  12. 제9항에 있어서 상기영역이 수냉각시스템인 것을 특징으로하는 방법.
  13. 제9항에 있어서 상기영역이 고체보호필름 또는 고체장식필름인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법
  14. 제9항에 있어서 상기영역이 섬유, 가죽, 종이 또는 목재인 것을 특징으로 하는 방벙.
  15. 제9항에 있어서 상기영역이 세탁용 세척수인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  16. 제9항에 있어서 상기영역이 화장품 조성물인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  17. 제9항에 있어서 상기영역이 연료시스템인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
