Claims (6)
- 잉크를 분사하여 원하는 화상을 기록함에 있어서, 분사헤드(10)에 전기점성을 갖는 잉크를 저장하고 그 분사헤드(10)의 노즐(12)에 소정의 전기장을 만드는 기록전위(15)를 기록신호에 따라 인가하여 그 노즐을 경유하는 잉크의 점도를 변화시켜 그 잉크의 흐름을 제어함과 동시에, 기록지(16)가 가이드되는 가속전극과 상기 노즐 사이에 소정 전위의 가속전위(18)를 인가하여 점도가 낮아진 잉크를 그 노즐로부터 기록지로 이동시켜서 기록을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기점성유체를 이용한 정전흡입 기록방법.
- 잉크를 분사하여 원하는 화상을 기록하는 것에 있어서, 전기점성을 갖는 잉크를 저장하고, 그 잉크가 분출될 수 있게 하는 노즐(12)을 가지는 분사헤드(10)와, 상기 노즐(12) 내의 유로상에 상기 잉크의 점도를 변화시키는 전기장을 만드는 소정의 기록전위(15)를 인가하여, 그 잉크의 흐름을 제어하기 위한 밸브수단과, 상기 노즐(12)과 가속전극에 일정한 가속전위(18)를 인가하여, 그 노즐과 가속전극 사이에 유도되는 정전흡입력으로 점도가 낮아진 잉크를 그 노즐로부터 기록지(16)로 이동시키기 위한 가속수단을 구비하여, 상기 기록신호에 의해 잉크의 흐름이 제어됨과 동시에 상기 가속전위에 의해 그 잉크의 분사가 제어되도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전기점성유체를 이용한 정전흡입 기록장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 노즐은 적어도 하나의 노즐개구와 그 적어도 하나의 노즐개구에 공통연결되는 둘 이상의 유로를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기점성유체를 이용한 정전흡입 기록장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 잉크밸브제어수단이, 상기 노즐(12)의 유로상에 대향되는 두개의 전극(13)(14)을 포함하며, 상기 기록전위(15)를 기록신호에 따라 인가하도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 전기점성유체를 이용한 정전흡입 기록장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 가속전극은 상기 기록지(16)를 가이드하는 플래턴(17)인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기점성유체를 이용한 정전흡입 기록장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 기록전위(15)와 상기 가속전위(18)의 일측단들이 상기 노즐(12)의 같은 전극에 공통연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기점성유체를 이용한 정전흡입 기록장치.
