Abstract
본 발명은 가스버너(B)에 의하여 가열되는 열교환기(J)로의 급수회로(1)를 열교환기(J) 상류측에서 당해 열교환기(J)를 통과하는 피가열회로(1a)와 상기 열교환기(J)를 우회하는 바이패스회로(1b)로 분기시킴과 아울러, 상기 열교환기(J) 하류측에서 상기 피가열회로(1a)와 바이패스회로(1b)를 합류시키도록 하고, 이들 2회로 각각에 개폐제어밸브를 설치하여 출탕조건에 따라서 개폐제어밸브 제어장치에 의하여 개폐제어할 수 있도록 한 급탕장치에 있어서, 기구 운전중에 있어서의 열교환기에서의 드레인 발생을 방지할 수 있음과 아울러, 기구 운전정지상태에서의 각 회로의 동결방지를 위한 물빼기를 확실하게 할 수 있도록 하기 위하여, 피가열회로(1a) 및 바이패스회로(1b)의 분기점(11) 상류측에는 상기 2회로로의 총유량을 계측하기 위한 유량센서(3)를 설치하고, 상기 가스버너(B)는 상기 유량센서(3)의 검지수류 및 출탕설정온도에 의하여 그 화력이 제어되고, 또 상기 검지수량이 최소설정유량 이하에서는 연소를 정지시키는 구성으로 하고, 피가열회로(1a)에는 상개형의 개폐제어 밸브(2a)를, 바이패스회로(1b)에는 상개형의 개폐제어밸브(2b)를 각각 설치하여, 통상 사용온도영역에서는 이들 개폐제어밸브를 모두 열고, 유량센서(3)의 검지수량이 최소설정유량 이하로 되면 상기 개폐제어밸브(2a)만을 닫고, 또 고온급탕시에는 상기 개폐제어밸브(2b)만을 닫게 하기 위한 제어장치를 구비시킨 구성으로 한 것이다.The heat exchanger (1a) and the heat exchanger for passing the water supply circuit (1) to the heat exchanger (J) heated by the gas burner (B) through the heat exchanger (J) upstream of the heat exchanger (J).
