Claims (1)

(a) 연료의 연소를 행하는 연소부와 (b)이 연소부에서 연료의 연소에 의하여 얻어진 열과 물을 열교환하고 물을 가열하는 열교환기와, (c)이 열교환기를 바이패스하는 바이패스 수로와, (d) 이 바이패스수로를 흐르는 수량을 조절하는 조절밸브와, (e) 상기 열교환기에 의하여 가열된 탕온을 검출하는 탕온검출 수단을 구비하고, 상기 탕온검출수단의 검출하는 탕온이 소정 탕온보다 낮지 않도록 연소부에 있어서의 연소량을 제어함과 동시에 상기 조절밸브를 제어하는 출탕온의 제어를 행하는 제어회로를 구비하는 바이패스 믹싱식 급탕기.(a) a combustion section for burning fuel, (b) a heat exchanger for heat-exchanging heat and water obtained by combustion of the fuel in the combustion section, and (c) a bypass channel for bypassing the heat exchanger; (d) a control valve for adjusting the flow rate of the bypass channel, and (e) hot water detecting means for detecting hot water heated by the heat exchanger, wherein hot water detecting means of the hot water detecting means is lower than a predetermined hot water temperature.
