Abstract

본 발명은 다이어프램의 형상을 개선하고 플라스틱재로 제조한 자동펌프의 압축 탱크에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 가스주입구가 상부에 형성되고, 플랜지부가 하단부에 형성된 플라스틱제의 상부몸체와; 니플이 하부에 형성되고, 플랜지부가 상단부에 형성되어 상기 상부몸체의 플랜지부와 맞대어 교환가능하게 체결수단에 의해 결합되는 플라스틱제의 하부몸체와; 상기 상부몸체의 플랜지부와 상기 하부몸체의 플랜지부 사이에 끼워져 상부몸체측의 기실(氣室)과 하부몸체측의 수실(水室)로 구획하는 한일자 형상(

Claims (3)

  1. 가스주입구가 상부에 형성되고, 플랜지부가 하단부에 형성된 플라스틱제의 상부몸체와; 니플이 하부에 형성되고, 플랜지부가 상단부에 형성되어 상기 상부 몸체의 플랜지부와 맞대어 교환가능하게 체결수단에 의해 결합되는 플라스틱제의 하부몸체와; 상기 상부몸체의 플랜지부와, 상기 하부몸체의 플랜지부 사이에 끼워져 상부몸체측의 기실과 하부몸체측의 수실을 구획하는 한일자 형상()의 신축성 다이어프램으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동펌프의 압축탱크.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다이어프램은 돌기부를 형성하고, 상기 상부몸체의 플랜지부는 상기 다이어프램의 돌기부가 걸리는 걸림부를 형성하고, 상기 하부몸체의 플랜지부는 상기 다이어프램의 단부가 삽입되는 삽입부를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동펌프의 압축탱크.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 상부몸체 및 하부몸체는 그 외주면상에 보강부재가 일체로 각각 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동펌프의 압축탱크.
