Abstract

금속성 구소를 구리 함유 촉매를 가하면서 알콜과 직접 반응시켜 하이드로겐알콕시실란을 제조하는 방법이 기술되어 있다. 미분된 형태의 구소를 100 내지 350℃에서 트리톨루엔, 테트라톨우엔 또는 이들의 혼합물을 포함하는 열전달 오일 중에서 알콜과 반응시킨다.

Claims (5)

  1. 미분된 형태의 규소를, 치환되거나 비치환된 트리톨루엔, 테트라톨루엔 또는 이들의 혼합물을 포함하는 열전달 오일 중에서 100 내지 350℃의 온도에서 알콜 또는 알콜 혼합물과 반응시킴을 포함하여, 금속성 규소를 직접한 구리 함유 촉매를 가하면서 알콜과 직접 반응시켜 다음 일반식(I)의 하이드로겐알콕시실란을 제조하는 방법
    HnSi〔O(CH2)mCH3〕4-n(I)
    상기 식에서, n은 1 내지 3의 정수이고, m은 0, 1 또는 2일 수 있다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 사용되는 알콜이 메탄올 및/또는 에탄올인 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 반응이 유기 폴리실록산계 소포제의 존재하에 수행되는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 사용되는 소포제가, 분자량이 162 내지 74,000인 메틸실리콘 오일인 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 사용되는 촉매가 사용되는 규소를 기준으로 하여 0.001 내지 5중량%의 농도의 염화구리(I)인 방법.
