Description

가구표면 도장법
본 발명은 목재의 질감이 자연스럽게 표출되고 부드러운 질감이 잘 나타날 수 있도록 하는 가구의 표면 도장법에 관한 것이다.
종래의 가구등에 사용된 도장법에 의하면 목재의 질감이 자연스럽게 나타나지 못하여 도료에 의해서 목재의 질감이 막히거나, Antique 처리에 의하여 지나치게 강한 색상이 표출되는 문제점이 있었다.
본 발명은 상기와 같은 종래 가구 도장법을 개선하여 Antique 처리를 하면서도 부드럽고 가벼운 색상이 표출되고 목재의 질감이 부드럽게 표출되도록 하는 것으로, 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
1. 목재표면처리
목재표면을 Sand paper로 매끈하게 처리한 후, 백색우레탄과 사회사(도료명칭)를 혼합하여 표면을 눈먹임한다.
2. Sand paper 질
백색우레탄과 사회사로 눈먹임된 표면을 Sand paper로 갈아 낸다.
3. 바탕칠(하도)
투명한 우레탄 도료를 목재 표면에 칠한다.
4. Sand paper 질
우레탄 도료가 건조후에 Sand paper 질을 하여 표면의 도료를 적당히 벗겨낸다.
5. 중도칠
유화물감과 안료와 희석제를 적절히 배합하여 Brown 색상의 도료를 제작하여 이를 목재표면에 Spray한다.
6. 중도칠된 표면이 건조하면 표면을 철솜(Steel Wool)으로 벗겨낸다.
7. 상도칠
철솜으로 벗겨낸 표면에 투명한 락카도료를 칠한다.
상기와 같은 공정에 의해 도장된 가구 표면은 목재의 질감이 자연스럽게 표출되어 느낌이 부드럽고 색상이 은은하게 표출되어, 처리를 하면서도 Mink Brown 이나 Light Brown 계통의 색상을 표출할 수 있게 되는 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 다음의 고정이 순서대로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 가구표면 도장법.
    제1공정 : 목재표면을 Sand paper로 매끈하게 처리한 후 눈먹임한다.
    제2공정 : 재차 Sand paper 질 한다.
    제3공정 : 투명한 우레탄 도료를 목제표면에 칠한다.
    제4공정 : Sand paper 질 한다.
    제5공정 : 유화물감과 안료와 희석제를 적절히 배합하여 이를 목재 표면에 Spray 한다.
    제6공정 : 표면이 건조된 후 철솜으로 벗겨낸다.
    제7공정 : 투명한 락카도료를 칠한다.
