Abstract

본 발명은 회전체의 외부 코팅 장치에 관한 것으로서, 상기 장치는 코팅될 본체를 장착하고 회전가능하게 구동하는 수단과, 그 본체의 회전 운동에 대하여 고정되어진 적어도 하나의 코팅 화합물 도포 노즐과, 본체의 축 방향에서 노즐과 회전체의 상대 이동을 수행하는 구동 수단을 포함한다. 노즐은 그 노즐 축에 횡방향으로 배치된 엘보의 수평 다리상에 고정되고, 여기서 엘보는 수직으로 이동가능한 수평 지지 아암에 의해서 수평으로 변위가능한 방식으로 복원 장치를 향하여 안내되고 있다. 작동 시에, 수평 다리 및 지지 아암은 회전체상에 놓여져 있고, 엘보의 나머지 다른 다리는 측면에서 본체에 접촉하고 있다.

Claims (5)

  1. 회전체의 외부를 코팅하기 위한 장치에 있어서, a) 코팅될 본체를 장착하고 회전가능하게 구동하는 수단과, b) 상기 본체의 회전 운동에 대하여 고정되어진 적어도 하나의 코팅 화합물 도포 노즐과, c) 본체의 축방향에서 노즐과 본체의 상대 이동을 수행하는 구동 수단을 포함하고, d) 상기 노즐은 수평 다리 및 그와 직각인 수직 다리를 포함하는 엘보에 고정되는데, 여기서는 상기 노즐이 상기 수평 다리에 고정되며, e) 상기 수평 다리는 수평으로 변위가능하고 수직으로 이동가능한 수평 지지 아암에 장착되는데, 여기서 상기 수평 다리의 수평 변위는 복원 장치에 의해 야기되고, 작동 중에, 상기 지지 아암은 상기 본체에 놓여져 있고, 상기 수직 다리는 측면에서 상기 본체와 접촉되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전체의 외부 코팅 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 수평 지지 아암은 그 측부에서 회전체상에 놓여 있지 않은 축상에 선회가능하게 장착되고, 지지 아암의 선회 운동에 의해 수직 이동이 초래되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수평 다리는 도브테일형 또는 볼형 가이드에 의해서 지지 아암에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 복원 장치는 일정한 복원력을 가진 유압 또는 공기압 시스템의 형태로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 지지 아암은 평행 사변형의 형태로 되어 있으며, 그 평행 사변형의 하나의 수직 다리는 엘보에 견고하게 연결되고 수직으로 이동가능하며, 나머지 다른 수직 다리는 가이드에 의해서 수평으로 변위가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
