Abstract

전자부품을 흡착하고 회로기관, 웨이퍼, 유리면 등의 소정의 위치에 실장하기 위하여 정확한 각도제어(평면각)가 가능한 회전각도 조절기는이 개선된 전자부품 실장기에 관한 내요이 개되어 있다. 흡착 노즐의 정밀한 평면 각도를 제어하기 위하여, 회전축에 구멍이 형성된 중공축과, 이 중공축의 일단이 상기 진공수단에 연결되며 그 타단은 상기 흡착수단에 연결되는 모터를 설치하여 부품의 감소 및 정확한 각도제어가 가능하다.

Claims (2)

  1. 부품을 흡착하기 위하여 진공을 공급하는 진공수단과, 이 진공수단에 연결되어 부품을 흡착하는 흡착수단과, 이 흡착수단을 회전시키는 회전수단과, 이 회전수단과 상기 흡착수단을 승강시키는 승강수단을 구비한 회전각도 조절기능이 개선된 전자부품 실장기에 있어서, 상기 회전 수단은 일단이 상기 진공수단에 연결되며 그 타단은 상기 흡착수단에 연결되는 축에 구멍이 형성된 중공축과, 이축을 회전시키기 위한 고정자와 회전자를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전각도 조절기는이 개선된 전자부품 실장기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 회전수단이 회전축에 구멍이 형성된 DD모터인 것을 특징으로 하는 회전각도 조절 기능이 개선된 전자부품 실장기
