Abstract

본 발명은 밴드 갭을 알고 있는 두가지 혹은 그 이상의 유기물 발광물질을 적층구조로 하여 각각의 물질에서는 나타나지 않는 새로운 영역의 전계 발광파장을 얻기 위한 방법이다.
새로운 영역의 전계 발광파장은 두 발광층의 계면에서 전자와 정공의 재결합을 통해 얻어질 수 있다.

적층구조를 통해 유기 고분자 전계 발광(electroluminescence)의 새로운 영역의 파장을 얻는 방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 하나의 유기물 발광물질을 사용한 단층구조에서의 전계 발광 스펙트럼.
제3도는 두가지 유기물 고분자 발광물질을 적층시켰을 때의 전계 발광 스펙트럼.
제4도는 제3도의 발광파장을 생성하기 위해 두가지 전계 발광 고분자 물질을 사용한 적층구조.

Claims (1)

  1. ITO 투명전극이 형성된 기판 위에 두가지 혹은 그 이상의 유기물 고분자 발광물질과 금속전극을 순차적으로 형성시킨 후, 상기 ITO 투명전극과 금속전극 사이에 소정전압을 인가하여, 상기 두가지 혹은 그 이상의 유기물 고분자 발광물질들의 적층구조를 통해 새로운 영역의 전계발광파장을 생성하는 방법.
