Abstract
본 발명은 광자기 효과가 우수한 단파장용 광자기 기록매체에 관한 것으로, 더욱 구체적으로는 기판위에 적층되는 자성막인 기록막을 커(Kerr)회전각이 우수한 재생층과, 기록시에 재생층의 자구의 안정성을 증가시키고 보조층, 및 높은 수직자기 이방성을 갖는 기록층으로서 각각 분리적층 형성시키므로써 단파장 레이터(파장이 532nm 이하)를 사용하는 경우에도 정보의 기록시 기록감도가 향상되어 고밀도 광자기 기록이 가능하도록 한 것에 관한 것이다.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1.
