Abstract
본 발명은 광자기 효과가 우수한 단파장용 광자기 디스크의 기판상에 유전체막으로서 제1,2유전체막을 분리적층 형성시키고 기록막으로서 기록된 정보를 재생하는 재생층과 데이타를 기록하는 기록층을 분리적층 형성하므로써, 단파장 레이저(파장이 532㎚ 이하)를 사용하는 경우에도 광자기 효과가 우수하여 kerr회전각이 증가하며 정보의 기록시 기록파우어를 감소시켜 고밀도 광자기 기록이 가능하도록 된 것이다.According to the present invention, a first and second dielectric films are separately formed as a dielectric film on a substrate of a short-wavelength magneto-optical disk having excellent magneto-optical effect, and a reproduction layer for reproducing recorded information as a recording film and a recording layer for recording data are separated.
