Abstract
본 발명은 전동팬에 있어서 모터의 과열을 방지하는 것을 목적으로 하는 것으로, 그 구성은 열기를 내보내는 팬(2)의 케이싱(4)에 모터(3)를 간격을 두어 부착하는 것에 있어서, 도풍판(10)에 평판부(17)와 통형상부(18)를 형성하여 유입부(271)를 갖는 통풍로(27)를 형성하고, 상기 통풍로(27)를 케이싱(4)의 중심에 연통시키고 또 평판부(17)를 모터의 앞벽(25)에 근접시켜 배치하는 것이다. 팬(2)의 흡인력에 의하여 외기가 유입부(271)에서 흡인되어 모터의 앞벽(25)을 냉각하는데, 유입부(271)에서는 공기는 좁은 곳을 고속으로 흐르기 때문에 공기의 단위용적당의 접촉면적이 크고 냉각작용이 크다. 또한 평판부(17)는 고온의 팬에서 떨어져 있기 때문에 수열량(受熱量)이 적다.An object of the present invention is to prevent overheating of a motor in an electric fan.
