Abstract

본 발명은 밸브 커버를 기관 하우징으로부터 음향적으로 비결합시키는 디스크 스프링을 갖춘 연결 요소와 밀봉재로서 가요성 플라스틱 시일을 구비한 내연긱관용 음향 비결합식 밸브 커버에 관한 것이다.

Claims (6)

  1. 커버 잴료로서 플라스틱 또는 금속을 기초로 되어 있고 밀봉재로서 가요성 플라스틱 시일과 하나 이상의 연결 요소를 구비한 내연기관용 음향 비렬합식 밸브 커버(1)에 있어서, 밸브 커버(1)를 기관 하우징(2)에 고정하기 위하여 고정 요소(4)는 고정 요소(4)의 초기 인장력을 밸브 커버(1)에 전달하는 디스크 스프링(5)으로 받쳐져 있고, 디스크 스프링(5)은 작용점에서 힘/스프링 편의 특성 곡선에 있어서의 수평 특성 곡선 기울기를 가지며, 디스크 스프링(5)은 밸브 커버(1)의 시이트 (6)에 안내되는 것을 특징으로하는 내연기관용 음향 비결합식 밸브 커버.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 버커 재료로서 열가소성 물질 또는 알루미늄, 마그네슘, 스틸 또는 티타늄이 사용되는 것을 특징을 하는 내연기관용 음향 비결합식 밸브 커버.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 커버 재료는 유리 섬유 보강 폴리아미드인 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관용 음향 비결합식 밸브 커버.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 부수적인 베어링 표면(8)을 구비한 나사가 고정요소(4)로서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관용 음향 비결합식 밸브 커버.
  5. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 밸브 커버(1)시이트(6)는 디스크 스프링(5)을 안내하기 위하여 부수적인 베어링 표면(7)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관용 음향 비결합식 밸브 커버.
  6. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 저 숄경도를 갖는 실리콘이 밸크 커버 시일(3)용의 밀봉재로서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관용 음향 비결합식 밸브 커버.
