제1도는 서냉으로 제조된 본 발명에 따른 실시예 1의 그리스를 각각 1000배, 5000배 및 10,000배의 크기로 관찰한 3가지 주사형 전자 현미경 사진을 나타낸 것이다.

Claims (14)

  1. 윤활 그리스(grease) 조성물에 사용되는, 고분자량 성분 및 저분자량 성분을 함유하는 중합체성 농조화제에 있어서, 농조화제는 (1) 중량 평균 분자량이200,000인 프로필렌의 공중합체 또는 단독중합체 및 (2) 중량 평균 분자량이100,000인 프로필렌의 공중합체 또는 단독중합체의 혼합물을 함유하는 중합체성 농조화제.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 고분자량 성분 및 저분자량 성분 사이의 비가 1 : 40 내지 1 : 5, 바람직하게는 1 : 25 내지 1 : 15, 보다 바람직하게는 1 : 19인 농조화제.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 저분자량 성분이 폴리프로필렌 단독중합체인 농조화제.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 저분자량 성분이 500 내지 1000, 바람직하게는 750 내지 850의 용융 유속(ASTM D-1238)을 지닌 50,000 내지 100,000 사이의 평균 분자량을 갖는 농조화제.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 잇어서, 고분자량 성분이 폴리프로필렌 단독중합체 또는 프로필렌/에틸렌 공중합체인 농조화제.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 고분자량 성분이 200,000 내지 250,000의 평균 분자량을 갖고, 1.5 내지 15, 바람직하게는 1.5 내지 7의 용융 유속(ASTM D-1238)을 갖는 농조화제.
  7. 고분자량 성분과 저분자량 성분을 함유하는 중합체성 농조하제 및 윤활 기제유로 구성된 윤활 그리스 조성물에 있어서, 그리스 조성물이 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 농조화제를 함유하는 윤활 그리스 조성물.
  8. a) 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 농조화제 조성물을 제조하는 단계, b) 이 농조화제와 윤활기제유를 중합체의 융점 이상의 온도, 바람직하게는 190 내지 210℃에서 혼합하는 단계, 및 c) 이로써 수득되는 그리스 조성물을 냉각하는 단계로 구성되는 제7항에 따른 그리스 조성물을 제조하는 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 그리스 조성물의 혼합 온도에서 실온으로 1초 내지 3분, 바람직하게는 10초 내지 1분, 보다 바람직하게는 30초내에 냉각되는 방법.
  10. 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 내마모성 첨가제, 내부식성 첨가제, 산화방지제 및/또는 다른 공지 첨가제가 그리스 조성물에 첨가되는 방법.
  11. 제8항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 따라 수득할 수 있는 그리스 조성물.
  12. 저온에서의 개선된 오일 분리 특성을 지닌 윤활 그리스 조성물의 제조에 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한항에 따른 중합체성 농조화제의 사용 방법.
  13. 개선된 소음 특성을 지닌 윤활 그리스 조성물의 제조에 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 중합체성 농조화제의 사용 방법.
  14. 개선된 기계적 안정성을 지닌 윤활 그리스 조성물의 제조에 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 중합체성 농조화제의 사용 방법.
