Abstract

본 발명은 각종 기재에 대하여 접착력이 있으면서도 대전방지성 및 내오염성을 나타내는 광경화형 수지 조성물 및 이의 제품에 관한 것이다. 특히 본 조성물은 염화비닐수지 바닥재의 피복물에 유용한 것이다. 본 발명의 조성물은 암모늄염을 함유하는 예비 중합체 100중량부, 상기 예비 중합체 100중량부에 대하여 광경화형 모노머(반응형 회석제) 50-400중량부, 최종 수지조성물 100중량부에 대하여 광개시제 2-40중량부 및 소량의 기타 첨가제로 이루어진다.

Claims (4)

  1. 하기 식Ⅰ로 표시되는 암모늄염을 함유하는 예비 중합체 100중량부, 상기 예비 중합체 100중량부에 대하여 광경화형 모노머(반응형 회석제) 50-400중량부, 최종 수지조성물 100중량부에 대하여 광개시제 2-40중량부 및 소량의 기타 첨가제로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 광경화형 수지 조성물.

    상기식에서 R1은 -〔-O(CH2)1-〕-로 표시되는 알킬기로써 1은 2 내지 6의 정수이며, R2으로 표시되며, m은 1 내지 6의 정수이며, R3

  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광경화형 모노머가 히드록시에틸 아크릴레이트, 히드록시프로필아크릴레이트, 헥산디올디아크릴레이트, 헥사메틸렌디아크릴레이트, 트리프로필렌글리콜디아크릴레이트 및 트리메틸올트리아크릴레이트로 구성된 군으로부터 둘 또는 그이상 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 광경화형 수지 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광개시제가 1-하이드록시시클로헥실페닐 케톤 및/또는 2-하이드록시-2-메틸-1페닐프로판-1-온임을 특징으로 하는 광경화형 수지 조성물.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항의 조성물을 메틸메타아크릴레이트 수지, 염화비닐수지 또는 카보네이트 수지로 제조된 제품의 표면에 도막 두께를 10~200㎛를 도포시키고, 이를 경화시켜 제조된 제품.
