Abstract

본 발명에 의한 자동차 천장용 라이닝쉬트는 폴리-1-부텐수지, 올레핀열가소성 엘라스토머 및 폴리프로필렌수지를 특정량 함유하는 폴리-1-부텐수지 조성물로부터 형성되며, 이 올레핀열가소성 엘라스토머는 유기퍼옥사이드의 존재하에서 에틸렌-α-올레핀 공중합체 고무와 폴리프로필렌수지의 혼합물을 동적으로 처리하여 얻은 부분가교 결합된 열가소성 엘라스토머이다.
본 발명에 의한 적층체는 표면층으로서 상기 라이닝쉬트를 사용한다. 라이닝쉬트는 내표면손상성, 내침투성 및 엠보싱 특성이 우수하다. 이 라이닝쉬트를 표면층으로 사용하는 적층체는 내표면손상성, 내침투성 및 엠보싱 특성이 우수하고, 또한 고성형성을 갖고 있기 때문에 적층체를 성형할때도 표면에 주름이 생기지 않는다.

Claims (6)

  1. (Ⅰ) 폴리-1-부텐수지 5∼40 중량부, (Ⅱ) 올레핀 열가소성 엘라스토머 50∼80중량부, (Ⅲ) 폴리프로필렌수지 5∼30중량부, 상기 성분 (Ⅰ), (Ⅱ) 및 (Ⅲ)의 합계량 100중량부로 구성되며, 상기 올레핀 열가소성 엘라스토머(Ⅱ)는 (a) 에틸렌-α-올레핀 공중합체 고무 30∼90중량부, (b) 폴리프로필렌수지, 10∼70중량부, 상기 성분(a)와 (b)의 합계량 100중량부로 구성된 혼합물을 유기퍼옥사이드의 존재하에서 동적으로 열처리하여 얻은 부분가교된 열가소성 엘라스토머인 것이 특징인 자동차 천장용 라이닝쉬트
  2. (Ⅰ) 폴리-1-부텐수지 5∼40 중량부, (Ⅱ) 올레핀 열가소성 엘라스토머 50∼80중량부, (Ⅲ) 폴리프로필렌수지 5∼30중량부, 상기 성분 (Ⅰ), (Ⅱ) 및 (Ⅲ)의 합계량 100중량부로 구성되며, 상기 올레핀 열가소성 엘라스토머(Ⅱ)는 (a) 에틸렌-α-올레핀 공중합체 고무 30∼90중량부, (b) 폴리프로필렌수지, 5∼50중량부, (c) 폴리에틸렌수지 5∼25중량부, 상기 성분(a),(b) 및 (c)의 합계량 100중량부로 구성된 혼합물을 유기퍼옥사이드의 존재하에서 동적으로 열처리하여 얻은 부분가교된 열가소성 엘라스토머인 것이 특징인 자동차 천장용 라이닝쉬트
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 라이닝쉬트의 표면이 엠보싱된 것이 특징인 자동차 천장용 라이닝쉬트.
  4. (Ⅰ) 폴리-1-부텐수지 5∼40 중량부, (Ⅱ) 올레핀 열가소성 엘라스토머 50∼80중량부, (Ⅲ) 폴리프로필렌수지 5∼30중량부, 상기 성분 (Ⅰ), (Ⅱ) 및 (Ⅲ)의 합계량 100중량부로 구성된 라이닝쉬트층과 폴리올레핀 발포층으로 구성되며, 상기 올레핀 열가소성 엘라스토머(Ⅱ)는 (a) 에틸렌-α-올레핀 공중합체 고무 30∼90중량부, (b) 폴리프로필렌수지, 10∼70중량부, 상기 성분(a)와 (b)의 합계량 100중량부로 구성된 혼합물을 유기퍼옥사이드의 존재하에서 동적으로 열처리하여 얻은 부분가교된 열가소성 엘라스토머인 것이 특징인 적층체.
  5. (Ⅰ) 폴리-1-부텐수지 5∼40 중량부, (Ⅱ) 올레핀 열가소성 엘라스토머 50∼80중량부, (Ⅲ) 폴리프로필렌수지 5∼30중량부, 상기 성분 (Ⅰ), (Ⅱ) 및 (Ⅲ)의 합계량 100중량부로 구성된 라이닝쉬트층과 폴리올레핀 발포층으로 구성되며, 상기 올레핀 열가소성 엘라스토머(Ⅱ)는 (a) 에틸렌-α-올레핀 공중합체 고무 30∼90중량부, (b) 폴리프로필렌수지 10∼70중량부, (c) 폴리에틸렌수지 5∼25중량부 상기 성분(a),(b) 및 (c)의 합계량 100중량부로 구성된 혼합물을 유기퍼옥사이드의 존재하에서 동적으로 열처리하여 얻은 부분가교된 열가소성 엘라스토머인 것이 특징인 적층체.
  6. 제4 또는 제5항에 있어서, 상기 라이닝쉬트층의 표면이 엠보싱된 것이 특징인 적층체.
