Abstract

본 발명은 글리코시드화 반응 및 트랜스 글리코시드화 반응 또는 직접적인 글리코시드화 반응에 의해 알킬 라디칼의 탄소수가 8내지 20인 알킬 글리코시드를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이며, 이 방법에서는 출발물질로서 덱스트로즈 당량이 90 내지 95인 사카라이드 시럽이 사용된다. 평균 글리코시드화도가 메우 낮은 생성물은 반응 동안 및/또는 반응후에 올리고사카라이드를 여과제거함으로써 달성시킨다.

Claims (5)

  1. 덱스트로즈 당량이 90내지 95인 사카라이드 시럽을 사용하고 올리고사카라이드를 제조하는 동안 및/또는 제조후에 여과제거함을 특징으로 하는, 알킬 그룹의 탄소수가 8 내지 20이고, 평균 글리코시드화도가 1.05내지 1.4인 알킬 글리코시드의 1단계 또는 2단계 제조 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 여과시 세공 크기가 50내지 200㎛인 여과기를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 세공 크기가 80내지 100㎛인 여과기를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 사용된 사카라이드 시럽이 글루코즈 시럽임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 평균 글리코시드화도가 1.1 내지 1.3인 알킬 글리코시드를 제조함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
