본 발명은 비드부를 개량하여 타이어의 내구성을 향상시킨 자동차용 타이어에 관한 것으로 특히 비드부에 설치되는 비드필러를 심층부(21)와 외층부(22)로 구분 형성시키되 심층부(21)는 이를 고경도의 고무조성물로 형성시키고 외층부(22)는 연질의 고무조성물로 형성시켜, 지면으로부터 림에 이르기까지의 힘의 전달과정에서, 비드빌러가 균일한 힘의 전달매체로서의 기능을 수행할 수 있게 하며 또한 심한 굴신운동에 따라 비드빌러와 카카스 또는 후리퍼(Flipper)와의 분리현상을 해소시킬 수 있는 자동차용 타이어를 제공하기 위한 것임.The present invention relates to an automobile tire having improved bead parts to improve tire durability.
