Abstract
본 발명은 부틸 고무와 네오프렌 고무 및 카본 블랙으로 이루어진 타이어 가류용 블래더 고무 조성물에 있어서, 평균 입자경이 15 내지 25nm이고, DBP 흡유량이 130㎠/100g 이상인 카본 블랙을 고무 100중량부에 대하여 30 내지 70중량부를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 타이어 가류용 블래더 고무 조성물에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a bladder rubber composition for tire vulcanization comprising butyl rubber, neoprene rubber and carbon black, wherein the carbon black having an average particle diameter of 15 to 25 nm and a DBP oil absorption of 130 cm 2/100 g or more is contained in an amount of 30 to 100 parts by weight of rubber. It relates to a bladder rubber composition for tire vulcanization, characterized by using 70 parts by weight.
본 발명에 따른 카본 블랙을 이용하여 제조된 고무 조성물을 사용함으로써, 열전도성 및 내구성이 향상된 타이어 가류용 블래더를 제조할 수 있다.By using the rubber composition prepared using the carbon black according to the present invention, it is possible to produce a bladder for tire vulcanization with improved thermal conductivity and durability.
