Abstract

본 발명은 투광단열재에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 불연성의 반사막이 도금(도포)된 판형의 구성재료를 수평으로 구성시키고 재료 사이사이에 거의 정체된 공기층이 형성되도록 하여 실내의 열은 외기로부터 차단시킴과 동시에, 태양빛은 재료사이로 반사막의 효과와 재료양단의 예각에 힘입어 빛의 입사각에 따라 겨울에는 높은 효율로 수열면에 취득케 하고 여름에는 다시 외기로 반사시키는 기능을 갖도록 구성된 투광단열재에 관한 것이다.

제2도는 본 발명의 투광단열재를 통한 겨울철에 에너지 취득 기능을 도시한 단면도이고,
제3도는 본 발명의 투광단열재를 통한 환절기 및 여름철의 과열차단기능을 도시한 단면도이고,
제4도는 본 발명의 투광단열재에 있어 굴뚝효과를 이용한 겨울과 여름의 환기 기능을 도시한 단면도이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 내측에는 수열면(2)이, 외기쪽에는 유리층(3)이 각각 설치되어 있고 그 사이에 양단이 얇게 이루어진 다수개의 판상의 구성재료(1)가 공기층(5)을 사이로 수평을 이루면서 평행하게 배열되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 투광단열재.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 구성재료(1)는 불연성의 반사막이 도금된 판상의 불투명 재료로서 열전도율이 0.1 W/m℃ 이하인 것임을 특징으로 하는 투광단열재.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 구성재료(1)는 중심부의 두께(d)가 3∼8mm이고, 외기쪽 끝이 12∼18°로 예각 처리된 것임을 특징으로 하는 투광단열재.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공기층(5)의 두께(d')는 3∼6mm임을 특징으로 하는 투광단열재.
