본 고안은 김치를 몇포기씩 가정에 배달 또는 수출하는데 사용되는 식품 보온, 보냉밀폐용기에 관한 것이다.
종래에도 내통체, 외통체를 구성한 공간부에다 우레탄발포액을 주입하여서 된 항아리형의 보온김치통이 공지 되어 있으나, 이는 외형이 둥근항아리형으로 되었으므로 자동차에 적재 또는 선박에 선적시 많은 양을 포개어 쌓을 경우에 안정된 자세로 유지시키기가 힘들뿐만 아니라 또한 내통체는 합성수지로 되었으므로 인체에 유해한 물질이 김치에 베어들게 되고, 개구부를 하나의 뚜껑으로 밀폐시키게 되므로 뚜껑에 묻은 김침물이 뚜껑을 열때 뚜껑의 아래로 흘러 내려 뚜껑의 테두리에 묻어 굳게 되므로 매우 비위생적인 결점이 있었다.
본 고안은 상기의 결점을 해결하기 위하여 내통체는 원적외 선방사세라믹이나 유리 또는 토기등으로 개구부가 좁고 긴 형으로 제조하여 개구부에는 내뚜껑으로 닫을 수 있도록 하고 외통체는 사각형으로 형성하여 자동차나 선박에 많은 양을 적재시에 매우 안정된 자세로 유지시킬 수 있도록 한 매우 합리적인 구조의 식품 보온, 보냉밀폐용기를 안출하게 된 것이데, 이를 첨부도면에 의하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
내통체(1)의 외부에 외통체(2)를 에워싸서 단열재(4)를 충진하고, 뚜껑(3)에도 공간부를 형성하여 단열재(4)를 충진하여서 된 공지의 것에 있어서,
외통체(2)는 사각형으로 상부외통체(2A)와 하부외통체(2B)로 분할형성하여 상부외통체(2A)는 위에서, 하부외통체(2B)는 아래에서 끼워 서로 접착하고 내통체(1)의 개구부(1A)에는 뚜껑(3)을 닫아서 된 것인데, 내통체(1)는 원적외선방사하는 세라믹, 유리, 토기, 스테인레스등으로 제조하게 된다.

7은 외통체와 뚜껑을 유착한 핀이며,
8은 패킹이고,
9는 뚜껑과 외통체를 체결하는 걸고리이며,
10은 단열재 충진구멍이다.
이와같은 본 고안의 내통체(1)는 합성수지제 이외의 인체에 유해한 물질이 전혀 발생되지 않는 재질로 되었으므로 인체에 해를 미치게 될 염려가 없고,
또한 뚜껑(3) 이외에 내뚜껑(5)으로 내통체(1)의 개구부(1A)를 닫게 된 것이므로 김치국물이 뚜껑(5)에 묻어 뚜껑(5)을 열 때 흘러 내려 뚜껑의 테두리나 외통체(2)에 묻어 더렵혀질 염려가 없고, 또한 외통체(2)와 뚜껑(3)은 사각체로 형성되었으므로 자동차나 선박에 많은 양을 적재할 경우 서로 포개져 쌓이는 자세가 매우 안정되게 높이 적재할 경우에도 쉽게 무너지지 않는 효과가 있다.

  1. 내통체(1)의 외부에 외통체(2)를 에워싸서 단열재(4)를 충진하고, 뚜껑(3)에도 공간부를 형성하여 단열재(4)를 충진하여서 된 공지의 것에 있어서, 내통체(1)는 개구부(1A)가 좁고 긴형으로 형성하고, 외통체(2)는 사각형으로 상부외통체(2A)와 하부외통체(2B)로 분할 성형하여 상부외통체(2A)는 위에서, 하부외통체(2B)는 아래에서 끼워 서로 접착하고, 내통체(1)의 개구부(1A)에는 내뚜껑(5)을 닫아서 된 식품 보온, 보냉밀폐용기.
