생선회 절단기

본 고안은 횟집에서 생선회를 양호하게 썰수 있도록 한 생선회 절단기에 관한 것이다.
종래에도 축에 여러개의 칼판을 끼워 고정하여서 된 샌선회 절단기가 공지되어 있으나, 이는 제4도와 같이 일측축에는 여러 개의 칼판과 간격유지판을 교호로 끼워 고정하고, 타측축에는 합성수지관을 끼워서 된 것이므로 칼판과 간격유지판의 슬립현상으로 회전저항이 많이 걸리게 되어 기계의 작동이 정지되는 현상이 발생되게될 뿐만 아니라, 또한 칼날이 합성수지관을 스쳐지나감에 따라 합성수지관에서 떨어지는 입자로 비위생적임과 아울러 칼날이 빨리 마모되고, 두꺼운 생선회를 절단할 경우에는 칼판과 합성수지관 사이의 폭이 좁아 생선회가 짖눌려 양호히 절단되지 못하게 되는 결점이 있었다.
본 고안은 상기와 같은 결점을 해결하기 위하여 한쌍의 축에다 간격유지판이 일체로 형성된 여러개의 칼판을 끼워 고정하여 양측에 끼워진 칼판의 칼날을 서로 접촉시켜 구성함으로서 종래와 같이 칼판의 사이에 별도의 간격유지판을 개재시키므로 인한 슬립형상을 방지할 수 있도록함과 아울러 양축의 칼판의 사이의 간격을 여유있게 유지시키므로 두꺼운 생선회를 절단시 짖눌림을 방지하여 양호히 절단되게 한 매우 합리적인 구조의 생선회 절단기를 안출하게 된 것인데, 이를 첨부도면에 의하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
기체(1)에 유착한 축(2)(3)의 단부에 기어(4)(5)를 고정하여 서로 이맞춤시키고 기어(4)와 일체로 된 소기어(6)는 감속모우터(7)의 축(8)에 고정한 기어(9)과 벨트(10)로 연결하여 축(2)(3)을 회전시킬 수 있도록 하여서 된 공지의 것에 있어서,
축(2)(3)에는 간격유지판(11A)이 일체로 형성된 여러 개의 칼판(11)을 끼워 축(2)(3)에 끼운 칼판(11)의 칼날을 서로 접촉시켜 너트(12)로 고정시켜서 된 것이다.

이와 같이 된 본 고안은 감속모우터(7)를 작동시키면 축(8)의 기어(9)와 벨트(10)로 연결된 소기어(6)에 의하여 축(2)은 제1도의 화살표방향으로 회전하게 되고, 축(2)에 고정된 기어(6)와 이맞춤된 기어(5)의 회전에 의하여 축(3)은 회전하게 되며, 이에 따라 축(2)(3)에 고정된 칼판(11)도 회전하게 된다.
다음 회전되는 축(2)(3)의 양칼판(11)사이에 생선회를 넣으면 균일한 간격으로 절단되어 칼판(11)의 아래에 놓은 접시에 담기게 되는 바,
상기의 작동에 있어서 칼판(11)에 간격유지판(11A)이 일체로 형성되었으므로 칼판(11)과 간격유지판(11A)이 서로 슬립현상이 발생되지않아 감속모우터(7)에 회전저항이 많이 걸려 멈추는 일이 없으며, 또한 축(2)(3)에 칼판(11)이 고정되어 축(2)(3)의 칼판(11)의 사이의 공간이 넓으므로 두꺼운 생선회도 짖눌려짐이 없이 균일한 두께로 매우 양호하게 절단시킬 수 있고, 또한 종래와 같이 일측의 축에 합성수지관(15)이 끼워져 있으므로 인하여 칼날이 합성수지관(15)에 접촉되므로 인한 칼날의 마모를 방지할 수 있고 칼날의 스침에 의하여 합성수지관이 손상되어 이물질이 떨어지는 것이 방지되므로 매우 위생적인 효과가 있다.

  1. 기체(1)에 유착한 축(2)(3)의 단부에 기어(4)(5)를 고정하여 서로 이맞춤시키고 기어(4)와 일체로 된 소기어(6)는 감속모우터(7)의 축(8)에 고정한 기어(9)과 벨트(10)로 연결하여 축(2)(3)을 회전시킬 수 있도록 하여서 된 공기의 것에 있어서,축(2)(3)에는 간격유지판(11A)이 일체로 형성된 여러 개의 칼판(11)을 끼워 축(2)(3)에 끼운 칼판(11)의 칼날을 서로 접촉시켜 너트(12)로 고정시켜서 된 생선회 절단기.
