Abstract

본 발명은 밀폐형 압축기에 관한 것으로, 종래에는 압축기의 동작이 정지된 상태에서 다시 압축기가 재기동하게 되면, 상기 피스톤(6)과 실린더(7)사이에는 최소한의 유막만이 존재하고 있는 상태이므로, 충분한 윤활을 받지 못하고 작동이 이루어지게 되어 마찰손실이 매우 커지게 됨으로써 결과적으로 큰 토오크 가동력을 요구하게 되며, 이와같이 충분한 윤활이 이루어지지 않은 상태에서는 압축기 가동시 피스톤과 실린더 사이에 마멸이 증대됨으로써 기기의 신뢰도를 저하시키는 문제점이 있었는 바, 피스톤(6)이 왕복운동하는 실린더(7)의 내측에 오일홈(10)을 형성하여 피스톤(6)과 실린더(7)의 마찰손실을 저감하도록 구성한 본 발명을 제공하여 샤프트의 상단부에서 비산되는 오일이 실린더와 피스톤 사이로 원활하게 공급되은 물론 압축기의 재기동시에 오일이 원활하게 공급되어 마찰손실을 줄일수 있어 고효율이 모터설계가 용이해지며 기기의 성능이 향상되도록 한 것이다.The present invention relates to a hermetic compressor.
