Abstract

본 발명은 피크 기간동안에 적절한 양의 정화제 및 오프-피크 기간동안에 모든 박테리아를 죽이지는 않는 적당량의 정화제를 투여하기 위한 프로그램 가능한 투여장치이다. 투여장치는 사용자가 예정된 수의 피크-시간간격과 적어도 한번의 차단 기간 동안에 정화제 투여를 프로그램 가능하게 하도록 하는 솔레노이드 밸브에 연결된 마이크로 제어기를 특징으로 한다. 본 발명의 투여장치는 또는 측정된 양의 정화제를 받아들이는 물통내에 부표장치를 포함시켜 소변기의 실제 사용량에 대응해서 두가지 중요한 기능을 수행한다: (1)소변기가 사용될때 소변기에 요구시 투여, 그리고(2)소변기가 사용되지 않거나 간헐적으로 사용될때 소변기에 직접누여, 요구시 투여는 분출파이프로부터 분출된 액체 일부가 연결 파이프와, 엘보우 채널을 거쳐 물통으로 옮겨질때 행해진다. 부표장치의 부표 칸막이가 물통안에 있는 힌지 너머에 고정된 장치를 넘어뜨린다. 정화제는 분출파이프로 들어가기 이전에 분출액체와 섞인다. 직접 투여는 부펴장치의 텅으로부터 엘보우 채널과 연결파이프를 거쳐 분출파이프 안으로의 정화제의 범람의 결과이다. 이와 같이 투여된 정화제는 소변기의 모든 박테리아를 죽이지 않고도 실제 소변기 사용량의 패턴을 충분히 충족시킨다.

Claims (5)

  1. 정화제 저수조에 연결된 밸브를 제어하여 사용량의 프로그램된 패턴에 대응하여 제어된 양의 정화제를 방출시키는 제어회로; 일부 액체의 방향을 바꾸어주는 분출 파이프에 연결된 도관; 상기 밸브로부터 나오는 정화제를 받아들여 상기 도관으로부터 나오는 액체와 사전에 섞고, 상기 도관으로부터 나오는 액체를 받아들이기 위해 하부에 구멍을 가지며, 액체 유출랴을 제어하기 위해 내부에 고정되고 정화제를 직접 투여와 필요시 투여 사이에 할당하는 텅과 부표실을 갖는 부표장치를 구성요소로하여 한번의 정화제 투여가 소변기의 모든 박테리아 박멸을 의미하지 않더라도 실제 소변기 사용량의 패턴을 충분히 정화제를 자동으로 투여하기 위한 시스템.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 솔레노이드를 구성요소로 하는 제어회로.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 분출작용 개시시 분출액체의 방향을 물통으로 향하게 하고 분출작용 끝 무렵에 정화제와 액체의 혼합물을 물통 밖으로 보내기 위해 분출파이프 말단에 엘보우 채널을 가지는 도관.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 정화제와 액체의 혼합물을 직접 소변기 안으로 향하게 하기 위해 분출파이프 안의 방출튜브에 연결된 엘보우 채널.
