Abstract

본 발명은 세탁기용 세제투입장치에 관한 것으로 특히 투입되는 세제를 완전히 세탁용수에 용해시킨 후 저수조(21)내로 투입되도록 하는세제투입장치에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에 따른 세제투입장치는 세제투입구(13)와 용수투입구(14)가 형성된 케이스(12), 상기 케이스(12)의 용수투입구(14)의 직하방에 인접한 케이스(12)의 내벽에 회전가능하게 취부되어지며, 내측으로 교반날개(16)가 일체로 형성된 회전수차(15), 상기 회전수차(15)를 회전가능하게 고정시키는 회전축에 연결된 일련의 감속기어조립체(17), 상기 감속기어조립체(17)의 말단의 기어에 기어연결된 캠(18) 및 상기 캠(18)의 회전에 의하여 상기 케이스(12)의 하방에 형성된 배출구(19)를 단속하는 판상 스프링(20)으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 한다.

제4도 (가) 및 (나)는 본 발명에 따른 세제투입장치의 작동상태를 개략적으로 도시한 측단면도이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 세제투입구(13)와 용수투입구(14)가 형성된 케이스(12), 상기 케이스(12)의 용수투입구(14)의 직하방에 인접한 케이스(12)의 내벽에 회전가능하게 취부되어지며, 내측으로 교반날개(16)가 일체로 형성된 회전수차(15), 상기 회전수차(15)를 회전가능하게 고정시키는 회전축에 연결된 일련의 감속기어조립체(17), 상기 감속기어조립체(17)의 말단의 기어에 기어연결된 캠(18) 및 상기 캠(18)의 회전에 의하여 상기 케이스(12)의 하방에 형성된 배출구(19)를 단속하는 판상스프링(20)으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 세제투입장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 급수밸브(11)와 상기 용수투입구(14) 간에 유로(3)의 변경을 위한 유로변경밸브(22)가 유체적으로 연결되어짐을 특징으로 하는 세제투입장치.
