Abstract

본 발명은 목재의 전기도금 방법에 관한 것으로 절연재인 목재를 방수 처리용 파라핀 왁스가 채워진 이중용기내에 침지시킨 다음냉각, 건조시키고 얻어진 목재를 구리와 첩착제수지 및 희석액이 함유된 수용액에 침지시켜 활성화촉진처리를 행한 다음 냉각, 건조시키며 그런 다음전기도금용 황산구리가 함유된 증류수에 침지시켜 전기도금을 수행하는 방법으로 목재를 포함한 절연재 물질에도 금속도금을행할 수 있어 반영구적으로 목재를 보존할 수 있고 전기, 전자부품을 포함한 다양한 분야에 활용할 수 있는 전기도금 방법인 것이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 목재를 방수물질로 코팅한 후, 구리분말, 접착제 수지 및 용제가 혼합된 용액에 침지시키고 건조시켜 전극체를 형성하고 상기 전극체상에 도금물질을 전기도금 하는 목재의 전기도금 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서 상기 방수물질이 파라핀 왁스인 것을 특징으로 하는 목재의 전기도금 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서 상기 접착제 수지가 비닐 클로라이드와 비닐 아세테이트 공중합체이고 상기 용제는 메틸에틸 케톤인 것을 특징으로 하는 목재의 전기도금 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서 상기 도금물질은 구리인 것을 특징으로 하는 목재의 전기도금 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서 상기 전극체는 상기 방수물질상에 부분적으로 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 목재의 전기도금 방법.
