Abstract

촉매 수소전이반응으로 니트로화합물로부터 아민화합물을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 시클로헥센 또는 4-비닐시클로헥센을 수소공여체로 하여 수소공여 용매중에서 불균일 촉매 전이반응으로 니트로화합물을 환원시켜 아민화합물을 제조하게 되면 격렬하지 않은 반응조건으로서도 고순도, 고수율의 아민화합물을 얻을 수 있으며 특히 팔라듐, 백금을 활성탄에 담지시켜서된 불균일 촉매를 사용하므로서 반응후 중금속으로 인한 환경오염 문제를 발생시키지 않고 촉매를 회수할 수 있는 이점을 가질 수 있었다.

Claims (8)

  1. 촉매 수소전이반응으로 니트로화합물로부터 아민화합물을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 시클로헥센 또는 4-비닐시클로헥센을 수소공여체로 하여 수소공여 용매중에서 불균일 촉매 전이반응으로 니트로화합물을 환원시켜 아민화합물을 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 촉매가 활성타에 대하여 팔라듐 또는 백금 0.5~5.0중량%를 활성탄에 담지시킨 촉매인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 니트로화합물이 니트로 벤젠, 올토-니트로톨루엔, 메타-니트로톨루엔, 파라-니트로톨루엔, 2,4-디니트로톨루엔, 2-니트로페놀, 1-클로로-4-니트로벤젠, 1-클로로-3-니트로벤젠 중 어느 하나인 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 수소공여 용매가 에탄올, 메탄올, 톨루엔 중 어느 하나인 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 수소전이반응이 온도가 60~110℃이고 압력이 1~10기압인 기상 또는 액상 반응인 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 니트로화합물이 1몰당 수소공여체가 몰비가 1~10몰인 방법.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 촉매접촉시간이 0.05~3.0초 범위이고 반응압력이 2기압 이내인 방법.
