Abstract

본 발명은 열적으로 결정화 가능한 Pb0-Zn0-B203밀봉 유리 프릿과 알루미나, 지르콘 및 이산화망간으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 밀 첨가제를 함유하며, 상기 밀 첨가제는 용융 밀봉의 기계적 강도가 적어도 55.2MPa(8000 psi)까지 증가하기에 충분한 양으로 존재하나 밀봉 물질의 약 5중량%를 넘지 않는 밀봉 유리 물질에 관한 것이다.

Claims (6)

  1. 열적으로 결정화 가능한 Pb0-Zn0-B203밀봉 유리 프릿과 알루미나, 지르콘 및 이산화망간으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 밀 첨가제를 함유하며, 상기 밀 첨가제는 용융 밀봉의 기계적 강도가 적어도 55.2MPa(8000 psi)까지 증가하기에 충분한 양으로 존재하나 밀봉 물질의 약 5중량%를 넘지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉 유리 물질.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밀 첨가제가 적어도 2%의 이산화망간을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉 유리 물질.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,상기 밀 첨가제가 알루미나 및 지르콘으로 이루어진 군으로 부터 선택되고, 그 첨가량은 2중량%이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉 유리 물질.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 밀 첨가제가 최대 5중량%의 알루미나를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉 유리 물질.
  5. 용융 밀봉에 의해 결합된 적어도 두개의 부품으로 이루어지고, 상기 용융 밀봉은 열적으로 결정화가능한 Pb0-Zn0-B203밀봉 유리 프릿과 알루미나, 지르콘 및 이산화망간으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 밀 첨가제를 함유하는 밀봉 유리 물질을 용융시키고 열적으로 결정화시킨 것이며, 상기 밀 첨가제는 용융 밀봉의 기계적 강도가 적어도 55.2MPa(8000 psi)까지 증가하기에 충분한 양으로 존재하나 밀봉 물질의 약 5중량%를 넘지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성제품.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 용융 밀봉에 의해 결합된 부품들이 음극선 튜브 블랭크의 판넬 및 판넬 구성부임을 특징으로 하는 합성제품.
