Abstract

본 발명은 RCC의 탄성중심을 변위시키는 것을 목적으로 한 가변 원격탄성 중심기기에 관한 것으로, 상부구조체와 하부구조체 사이에 설치된 탄성체를 구조체의 중심에서 방사상으로 동시에 동일거리로 이동시켜서 기기본체의 중심축 방향으로 탄성중심의 설정치를 가변되게 함과 동시에 하부구조체의 탄성력을 변화되게 한 것임.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제 2도는 콤프라이언스센터가 조립 부품의 선단에 존재하지 않을 경우의 우미한 조립상태를 나타낸 것으로써, (가)는 콤프라이언스센터보다 긴 제품을 삽입할 때 오차가 생겼을 경우를 나타낸 것이고, (나)는 콤프라이언스센터보다 짧은 제품을 조립할 때 오차가 생겼을 경우를 나타낸 것이다,
제 3도는 본 발명의 측면도로써, (가)는 구동수단이 상부구조체에만 설치된 경우를 나타낸 것이고, (나)는 구동수단이 상 ·하부 구조체 전부에 설치된 경우를 나타낸 것이다. (점선표시는 탄성체가 이동되는 위치를 일예로 표시한 것이다.),
제 4도는 본 발명의 이동수단을 측면과 평면으로 도시한 것이다,
제 5도는 본 발명의 또다른 구동수단을 도시한 것이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 상부구조체와 하부구조체 사이에 설치된 탄성체의 상부가 상사상으로 동시에 동일거리를 전후 이동되게 하여 기기본체의 중심축 방향으로 탄성중심의 위치를 가변되게 함과 동시에 하부구조체의 탄성력이 변화되도록 한 가변 원격탄성중심기기.
  2. 상부구조체와 하부구조체 사이에 설치된 탄성체는 구조체 중앙에 구비된 구동수단에 의해 방사상으로 동시에 동일거리를 전후 이동되게 하여 기기본체의 중심축 방향으로 탄성중심의 위치를 가변되도록 한 가변 원격탄성중심기기.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 탄성체는 구조체에서 방사상으로 이동되는 슬라이더에 의해 지지된 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 원격탄성중심기기.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 구동수단은 구조체의 중심부에서 회전하는 구동측베벨기어와 이 구동측베벨기어에 의해 연동되는 피동측베벨기어로 구성되고, 피동측 베벨기어에는 나사축이 축설되고 이 나사축에 나사끼움된 슬라이더로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 원격탄성중심기기.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 슬라이더는 구조체의 슬라이드홈에 결합되어 수평이동되게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 원격탄성중심기기.
