Abstract

튜브의 내표명으로부터 얇은 경질 침전물을 제거하기 위한 튜브 크리너는 돌출부 및 말단부를 갖는 샤프트, 및 샤프트를 따라 배치된 2개 또는 3개의 스크레이퍼 요소들을 지닌다. 각각의 스크레이퍼 요소는, 기부 및 블레이드부로 종결되는 다수의 외향 바이어스 후방 연장 핑거를 갖는 일편 요소이다. 인접 핑거들의 길이는 다르며, 블레이드부들은 스크레이퍼 요소가 튜브를 통해 강제될 때 튜브내 벽표면과 점대점(popint-to-point)접촉을 이룬다.

Claims (6)

  1. 돌출부(nose portion), 및 외향 후방연장 가요성 스커트가 고정되는 말단부를 지니는 샤프트; 및 상기 샤프트를 따라 축방 배치된 4개미만의 다수의 이격 스크레이퍼 요소(scraper element); 를 포함하며, 상기 스크레이퍼 요소는 단일편의 금속재료로 형성되며, 반경방향 연장기부 및 각각 외향 연장 블레이드부로 종결되는 다수의 후방 연장 외향 바이어스 핑거들을 지니며, 상기 스크레이퍼 요소의 인접 핑거들을 길이가 다르며; 인접한 상기 스크레이퍼 요소들은, 상기 인접 스크레이퍼 요소들의 블레이드부들이 축방으로 이동되도록 상기 샤프트 상에 배치되는; 튜브의 내표면상의 얇은 경질 침전물들을 제거하기 위한 튜브 크리너.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 2개의 이격 스크레이퍼 요소들은 상기 샤프트를 따라 축방 배치되는 튜브의 내표면상의 경질 침전물들을 제거하기 위한 튜브 크리너.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 3개의 이격 스크레이퍼 요소들은 상기 샤프트를 따라 축방 배치되는 튜브의 내표면상의 경질 침전물들을 제거하기 위한 튜브 크리너.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 3개의 후방 연장 외향 연장 외향 바이어스 핑거들이 상기 스크레이퍼 요소상에 제공되는, 튜브의 내표면상의 경질 침전물들을 제거하기 위한 튜브 크리너.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 각각의 블레이드부는 상기 블레이드부의 원호의 0.003 내지 0.009inch를 따라 상기 내표면을 접촉시키도록 배치되는, 튜브의 내표면상의 경질 침전물들을 제거하기 위한 튜브 크리너.
  6. 돌출부(nose portion), 및 외향 후방 연장 가요성 스커트가 고정되는 말단부를 지니는 샤프트; 및 상기 샤프트를 따라 축방 배치되는 3개의 이격 스크레이퍼 요소를 포함하며, 각각의 상기 스크레이퍼 요소는 단일편의 금속재료로 형성되며, 각각 외향 연장 블레이드부로 종결되는 6개의 후방 연장 외향 바이어스되는 핑거를 지니며, 상기 스크레이퍼 요소의 인접 핑거들의 길이는 다르게 되며; 인접한 상기 스크레이퍼 요소들은, 상기 인접 스크레이퍼 요소들의 블레이드부들이 축방으로 이동되도록 상기 샤프트 상에 배치되는; 튜브의 내표면상의 경질 침전물들을 제거하기 위한 튜브 크리너.
